Some posts from the interesting MAP MEMBERS UNITED FB page.

    Neil Proctor
    10 hrs · Walford
Good evening all. I just like to put my tuppence worth in.....
I live in a small village in Shropshire, where everyone knows everyone. I was laughed at when I joined M*P almost two years ago but having bought CP's and seeing how they were earning money I took the plunge and became diamond within 10 months. I attended events, including London, Germany and Alicante, supporting the organisers. Yes, like a lot I have been taken in by the looks of it and I had 1000 CP's.
My point is, I was so convinced by M*P that I had people interested in investing a lot of their money, friends from my village and my two daughters (20 + 23)
When M*P was replaced by M*P 2.0 and from $ to €, something told me to hold back despite pressure "from above". If I had gone ahead and signed them up I would now have virtually been run out of my village and the massive guilt I would have felt if my two girls had lost so much money would have been unbearable.
That's what gets to me, it's not just the people who do internet marketing for a living, it's the man, woman, child on the street who have been affected by this. People who have invested every single penny of their savings to try to become a "diamond" to try and better their lives by a just a bit who have had their lives shattered and I don't think that's an exaggeration.
Anyone remember that inspiring young disabled lad on stage in Germany September 2015?
If my daughters had put money into this, I'd be doing time by now.
I will STILL do time if I have to.....
Thank you for reading my post, it's from the heart, I haven't read it back or edited it
    Neil

Gaye Roberts Great post Neil thanks for sharing your story .. And yes how many lives have been affected by this criminal outcome .. I had built my map business up to the 1200 level in 2 and half years and only had 6 referrals .. One actually buying packs .. So it was a slow road for me .. We sold a boat and a large printing machine among other sundry household items to get to the Diamond level as we were all told this is where the magic begins !! .. As we're in our 60s we were banking on this taking us into retirement and enabling us to sell our Print factory but the Plan has now altered until we find another avenue .. I also thought that finally after working with online businesses for 20 years that I'd cracked the jackpot .. But now were being asked to start again and just follow the same "yellow brick road" with the crooks who led us there in MAP .. Sorry .. Not this girl .. my patience and enthusiasm are gone .. Just pay the money were owed, although I think there's fat chance of that !!

And that, Mr Proctor is the very reason we do what we do and REALSCAM.com exists.

In every "next-big-thing" HYIP ponzi fraud their are a handful of insiders and pimps and several hundred thousand just like you.

What's interesting is the people who are in it - some of the biggest cheerleaders! Step forward:-

Bev Austin (didn't her husband give up his job to MAP full time?)
Adrian Giernalcyzk (isn't he a big mate of Dave Finney?)
    Bhwanee Tiwari
    Claire Hartman James (yes, really!!)
    Maria Chick
Devin Hartman (husband of Claire H-J)
Dave Finney (another one who gave up his job for MAP)
    Francisco Linares
    Shari Leone Fryer
    Izabela Burdzy
    Kristian Burdzy
    Kash Man
    Saroj Kumari
    Kim Little
    Peter Lea
    Ade Lamidi
    Gary Prasher
    Rainer Barton
    Sissy van Weber
    Vinay Soni
    Debbie Whysall
    Andreas Zenker.

Your starter for ten: How many of the above have joined new schemes, and /or are promoting new schemes; despite complaining now about MAPs?
Supplementary question: There may indeed be sensible discussions taking place in the group, but does not the presence of so many former pushers and supporters of MAPs (when it was paying out) smack of rank hypocrisy? Especially those who are actively promoting things like Recyclix, UvioO, Global Moneyline, Skinny Body Care, etc etc? Discuss.

Many of the people on this list are banned by us for posting not only vile, abusive comments but for using our page as a recruitment tool.
They view ponzi's as a lifestyle choice. They all push them when they pay out, happy to smear us and tell all potential victims that we're liars and idiots etc, but when the ponzi goes belly-up - which of course they always do, they're happy to then stand up and shout 'we've
been scammed! How dare they take our money! We're just ordinary affiliates! ' And then they use their downlines to push the next big scam, because the NEXT SCAM is always the NEXT BIG THING.
How many new victims will follow this influx of bottom feeders that have gathered around a new trough?

It is irrelevant who is in the group, what they are promoting now, pimps or not, we all have one mission, info that we knew nothing about is being shared , evidence is being gathered, myself...I am a pimp hater as much as any of you, all I know is we are working together and sharing much more info than the map scam pages ever did

    a) they have to try and set themselves up as victims too
    b) they need a place to recruit new marks and this is perfect - already gathered in on place. less work for them.

If they really wanted to do something, then why don't they make their group open, so everyone can see the information that is being shared? And maybe go, as a group, to Action Fraud (or whatever) to complain that they have been scammed? Strength in numbers and all that?

Already gathered in one place AND open to joining new schemes, because they joined MAPs.

Sorry, but no. I don't like arguing with people here, but in this case I disagree.

If the big MAP cheerleaders really had seen the light on this one, they would come out openly and say so, apologise to the "haterz" whom they delighted in insulting and abusing, and maybe start campaigning against online schemes in general.

Some people may do this, it's very much to their credit if they do; but many more have already run off to new schemes which they are pushing as we speak. You can't be both against MAPs because it now suits you to do that, and pushing the next big scheme at the same time; you can't ride two horses at once I'm afraid.

perhaps jon walsh can explain all this as well as one of the main scammers being an admin.

And I still say you are missing the point of all this, if you were hunting a criminal, would you team up with another criminal to find him? I know i would...What you seem to focus on too much is the hatred you feel for these pimps (I feel the same) but i dont focus on it because it gets you nowhere, just slander/libel, truths, untruths, speculation. We are all united in this group regardless of pimp or not and all the evidence is being gathered. so why dont you join the group, you will be made welcome. as for the group being closed, I cannot answer that as I am not an admin

You might be missing the point as well.

I don't think I'd be willing to team up with a criminal who I know is continuing to commit the same crime with other partners. Most of the "evidence" that law enforcement would need to pursue scams and scammers is pretty easily accessible, so unless they are providing hidden bank account numbers or some other normally unknown info, you may be far overestimating any contributions they make. Oh, and the fact that they continue to lie and steal makes anything they contribute questionable in value.

Hatred/dislike is less relevant than the well earned distrust.

You may believe you have one mission and feel "united", but anyone who is continuing to promote scams is actually being put in a position of trust and empathy within that group, increasing the likelihood of successfully finding a few suckers for their current and future scams from within it.

Not my group, so not my problem. Here's to hoping your group isn't inadvertently setting up any legit victims to get screwed again by letting active scammers build rapport with them.

It may just be a matter of semantics, but "team up" is likely not the appropriate term. "Use" would be more correct, imo. Police do not "team up" with CI's (confidential informants) they use them.(Usually CI's are minor criminals lower on the food chain). I would hope that the same tactic would be relevant in the scam world.
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

Well, one would hope that if the "CI' was continuing to commit crimes right in front of them, the police would arrest them.

We aren't cops, so it's not really the same situation, although I understand the comparison.

As I said, not my worry. I initially ignored bellend's comment but since Della couldn't I figured I'd throw in my $.02 :)

Just seems like letting a fox stay in your hen house because they can help you catch a different fox.

To carry that notion to it's well deserved conclusion, you would let a fox stay that eats one chicken if it helps you catch the one that eats ten!
