    zzzzz...and still it goes on.
Mr. D. You know perfectly well I have spoken/exchanged emails with all the media contacts you have given. I have NEVER refused to communicate with any media. I spoke (emailed) in depth to your journalist friend who is writing a (still to be published piece) on Traffic Monsoon. So why do you keep peddling this myth that I refuse to speak to the media just because they are friends of yours? It's untrue, so please stop saying/insinuating it!
And as for this: Your banning me from the ability to post, comment, and engage on the Facebook scam page is a hindrance to the closure of this MAP/TAP BS. WOW! just WOW!

This forum has been here for alot longer than I have. It will still be here long after I've dissappeared. So to suggest that only you, and you alone, can bring this scam to an end, just by posting a few comments on a single FB page, is probably the most disrespectful thing you've ever said.

Instead of constantly putting out posts on here about me, bring us some of this info that you say you are prevented from sharing?
There are enough people on here who have Facebook accounts that AREN'T banned who can certainly share it on whichever page they choose.

The reason this discourse is playing out on a public forum Tara is because of your refusal to respond to me in private. I believe I have been hugely respectful of everything you have done, which is why I wish to actually discuss next steps and tactics with you - you have refused this at every step.

You have made my comment above be disrespectful in your own head as it was meant to be about collaboration.

Disrespect is your banning me. Disrespect is your inability to say what "crime" I am guilty of to be banned. I genuinely would like to know what I have done to ruffle your feathers.

You accused one of the media contacts of being a MAP insider - this is an irrefutable fact. This happened around the time you chose to ban me.

Put your fists down and engage with me and others trying to help rather than just working quietly on your own. Even now, in spite of your post above, I want to work with you to achieve the same goals and have The Booths, Stepsys, Deese and anyone else in that shitty Ponzi scheme face the authorities for their crimes.

I came to this whole Ponzi busting thing around five years ago when a loose friend of mine tried to introduce Banners Broker to me. I saw it was a scam and started to investigate. The real ad industry has plenty of actual real issues without having these false ad programs being muddled in the minds of the public - in the main, we are only one or two rungs above estate agents.

You've done some incredible work. Please don't ruin your standing with petty behaviour - I personally still believe that you are better than that.

I hope that you can read back what I've written calmly and choose to collaborate. That's your choice.

so you're saying you can do nothing unless she (or anyone else) works with you? that's preposterous.
and why does anyone have to go to that facebook group? why can't everyone else come here?

No Whip. I'm not saying that. You said that.

    Firstly, I'm talking about collaboration.

Secondly, why is Tara choosing to actively refuse to engage with another scambuster? It has been Tara that chose this path not me. I'm trying to build bridges not burn them.

I'm public. It's my name that's out there and that's my choice. I have a young family, and I still chose that.

There's no advantage to circling your wagons.

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Tara or the map scam page admin accused me of being a shill ages ago and blocked my other account, so I had to create a new account under David Bell and I see no reason to disclose the name of my other FB account you blocked because I dont use it much, but let me say something here, I started scam busting during the days of thebestdealyet.com which was a blatant email harvesting scam run by Jason Peters (not sure if that is his real name) and I had my FB account in my real name and I was activley single handedly trying to bring this scam down, no one believed me, I made blogs, fb pages and posted everywhere I could about the scam, then, my FB got hacked, my Payza got hacked, the money was safe except my name in the account was changed to scammer and my home address and all contact details were made public by unknown people..I managed to get everything back to normal. Now I swear I will never have a real FB account again in my real name.....So Tara you still have not explained why you blocked Jon, you may as well block me also because I refuse to go there again unless he is reinstated, then maybe we can all work together and stop this bickering, all we need is a few words why...no need to over complicate things

    Er.....No, I'm not.

I admire the MAPs Scam FB page very much, and I do visit it to read the items......but I'm Della Cate and I only post here!

Gosh. That's one hell of a dress.....with a train....and two little children to carry it......I mean, wow!

She looks a bit like a bride, but I don't think that's right, is it, as she married Our Tone some years ago. But of course it may be an old photo from their happy wedding day. How sweet!

Oh dear. The "MAP Members United" Group has gone closed again.

Pity. I wonder why? Genuinely, I do wonder why.

Wondering if someone who is in the group can message an admin and request that the group be made public again? I would like to continue reading it without having to actually join the group...

    The sky is falling.

Scambusters are tearing each other apart.

Blood is running in the streets.

Scammers are shouting praise to Plutus and Mammon as we pummel each other into oblivion.

    Or.

Some people with possibly similar good intentions yet different methodologies have a few public creative differences.

Nothing to worry about in the long run.

    Yes and no, lol,

    On the yes side:

We do it every day. Just not necessarily under one roof.

Some people contribute here. Some contribute elsewhere. Some contribute in multiple places.

It all adds up and seeing warnings on a multitude of sites and groups is more effective than just one group of "haters" all gathered somewhere. People on the fence are far more likely to bail when they see negative info in different places and possibly presented in different ways.

Some of us have different reasons for posting.

Knowing how ridiculously slow the law is to stop these scams, my motivation is simply to prevent as many people as possible from joining them.

If some are trying go get civil and/or criminal charges filed against scumbags like Mike Deese and Simon Stepsys, good luck to them,

Personally, I don't care who does more work than me or vice versa. It's not about personal accolades.

Every contribution helps and kudos to anyone that pitches in.

    It's a collaborative effort that's internet wide.

    On the no side:

You can already see how trying to operate from one centralized location simply won't work

    Egos get in the way.

Differences of opinion on how things should be run get in the way.

Take me, for example. Again regarding that FB group, I have no interest in exposing my identity and thoughts to people I know continue to scam. Nor do I approve of giving a current scammer the sympathetic ear of others who may be one time, true victims, letting the scammers build rapport and opening up a window of opportunity for them to possibly win them over and convincing them to join another scam.

That's my opinion. It won't change. So what. I'll continue to contribute occasionally here and elsewhere.

And the FB group can keep doing their thing.

It's simply not a big deal.

We are all just little pieces of the larger anti-scam puzzle.

One would certainly hope the UK authorities will finally act after Andrew Penmans' latest Daily Mirror expose of Septic Simon Stepsys' blatantly fraudulent activities.

The British public is now entitled to ask exactly where their tax pounds are being spent.

Unfortunately for me, the only way I can make a real impact on exposing this scam is through using my real identity so I don't have that luxury. It's my real life experience of over 17 years working in advertising and my perceived knowledge and seniority that allows me some level of gravitas when speaking about the subject - this is what makes papers and hotels sit up and listen rather than being some odd bloke with a grudge.

I have no issue with not working as a collective, despite the fact that I know that would inevitably achieve results faster, but I do have an issue with some people in the anti scam community actively working against me for the in order for their own, obviously fragile, ego to stay intact.

There are many posts here that have made me laugh and I have enjoyed reading and contributing, but I want more than that and I'm done here if all we do is here is intellectualise and poke fun at these Ponzi cannon fodder people. It's very real, and the longer the con goes on and the truth isn't held up by getting these criminals to face charges, the more people will lose homes, relationships and potentially lives.

Whip, you were right, in the heat of the moment I did miss your second question. The reason that Facebook is so important is that's where the people already are, I had to be told about this site/group, and it's no way as easy a UX as Facebook is. The contributions here are seem to be mostly to try and impress other anti-scammers - we already know the truth. Getting contributions elsewhere is where it genuinely makes the difference. If it was up to me, which clearly it isn't, this group of anti-scammers would work here to coordinate a strategy and plan of attack.

I've been going through the VX x MAP court papers again and have picked this out.
The papers mention processor(s) , as being more than one. They mention the banks holding onto money. They mention (GPN data) holding onto money, but what about the 'other' processors? I can find no record?
