Specially for you, Harrison my dear........

Danny isn't a member of his own "business success" group!

He really is trying to disappear, isn't he? And after all he said about proving MAPs was real and here to stay. I think he made vague threats against the Tara Talks site as well, didn't he?

So someone who was so gobby at one point has now been well and truly shut up!

I hope when it all comes out in the wash we find out who was really running the show. No way that gap toothed yokel Mike Deese was the mastermind behind all of this

Oh, that number is for a sushi bar? I misunderstood and thought the address of the 'charity' was.

this is where this is confusing. don't just throw addresses round without an explanation.

who belongs to the company number on the alleged certificate?
where did you get the 2 different addresses?

I know you are saying a sushi bar belongs to an address. how did you get to that conclusion?

If it is a registerd charity, it will have a registered charity number. The charity commission can do nothing to stop themif it does not have a number. Anybody can go out with a bucket and a label to ask for donations but the general public have wised up and most people do not support a cause which is not a registered charity.

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

The apparent answer to the question posed is trust Real Scam and next time listen.

It takes about 8 minutes to get there, if someone has to make a video that such and such isn't a scam you have your answer. It's not so much what info you can trust, as much as the method (if any) the person dispensing the info is using.

In the case of My Advertising Pays virtually every red flag sans complex commission structure was waving. Endless recruiting, buy in required, and no verifiable proof external advertisers existed. All lasting Ponzi's pay at first so by the time that one rolls around its too late. As for not having to recruit about 9:00 in the video, your money is being recruited to perpetuate the scam. Whether you choose to involve friends, family, or strangers on the web is irrelevant.

When considering joining an MLM program, beware of these hallmarks of a pyramid scheme:

No genuine product or service. MLM programs involve selling a genuine product or service to people who are not in the program. Exercise caution if there is no underlying product or service being sold to others, or if what is being sold is speculative or appears inappropriately priced.

Promises of high returns in a short time period. Be leery of pitches for exponential returns and "get rich quick" claims. High returns and fast cash in an MLM program may suggest that commissions are being paid out of money from new recruits rather than revenue generated by product sales.

    Easy money or passive income.
Be wary if you are offered compensation in exchange for little work such as making payments, recruiting others, and placing advertisements.

No demonstrated revenue from retail sales. Ask to see documents, such as financial statements audited by a certified public accountant (CPA), showing that the MLM company generates revenue from selling its products or services to people outside the program.

Buy-in required. The goal of an MLM program is to sell products. Be careful if you are required to pay a buy-in to participate in the program, even if the buy-in is a nominal one-time or recurring fee (e.g., $10 or $10/month).

Complex commission structure. Be concerned unless commissions are based on products or services that you or your recruits sell to people outside the program. If you do not understand how you will be compensated, be cautious.

Emphasis on recruiting. If a program primarily focuses on recruiting others to join the program for a fee, it is likely a pyramid scheme. Be skeptical if you will receive more compensation for recruiting others than for product sales.

Many Ponzi schemes share common characteristics. Look for these warning signs:

High investment returns with little or no risk. Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any "guaranteed" investment opportunity.

Overly consistent returns. Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.

Unregistered investments. Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company's management, products, services, and finances.

Unlicensed sellers. Federal and state securities laws require investment professionals and their firms to be licensed or registered. Most Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed individuals or unregistered firms.

Secretive and/or complex strategies. Avoiding investments you do not understand, or for which you cannot get complete information, is a good rule of thumb.

Issues with paperwork. Do not accept excuses regarding why you cannot review information about an investment in writing. Also, account statement errors and inconsistencies may be signs that funds are not being invested as promised.

Difficulty receiving payments. Be suspicious if you do not receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Keep in mind that Ponzi scheme promoters routinely encourage participants to "roll over" investments and sometimes promise returns offering even higher returns on the amount rolled over.

Reach4Humanity Ltd is indeed registered with Companies House, but I cannot find it through the Charity Commission site. Does anyone know if they have claimed it is a charity? It seems to have been registered as a business

    R4H 1 Sept 16.jpg

The officers listed are Ms Malik and Ms Bux, and Mr Snowden. Our old chum Danny isn't listed with companies house as having any sort of role in the company.

Companies House has listed the type of business as "90690 - other service activities not elsewhere classified" - whatever THAT means!

News from Mike Deese....share, share., share!

    Maps 320 Sept 16.jpg

The big news is....two "very large, blue chip companies" (not named) want to "partner" with MAPS, so Mikey is flying to meet them with his attorneys to start negotiation. OMG, WOW! And there are some exciting updates (not specified) coming along shortly as well.

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm convinced!
