Three men have been arrested in Ilford, East London, Glamorgan in South Wales, and Walsall, West Midlands, on suspicion of fraud and money laundering. An address in Bradford was also searched.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well we have a new player at Igor's blog pretending to be a lawyer. They have not claimed to be a lawyer, but the whole nature of the post was to make people think they had a law background if not a lawyer.

I am not going to copy the entire post here, but here are the salient points that were pretending to be a lawyer, and I quote:

    "Let's turn to the facts.
    1. The company has all the necessary constituent documents (a set of documents established by law, according to which the enterprise is created and acts as a subject of law). In the event of their absence, Onecoin would have been charged with appropriate charges.
    2. There were no charges against Onecoin (insufficient reasons, no evidence).
    3. Onecoin Company has been working and continues to work.

Anyone who believes that Onecoin is a scammer must prove it."

Let's just say that the poster is not going to like my response. But I loved the obligatory you can't call it a scam without having proof BS. And of course the "FACTS" were nothing more than this person's opinion.

You can start to see the desperation creeping into their posts by all the attempts to downplay the raid. Deep down they know this raid is really serious and are scared. They are also scared crapless us "haters" are going to be right. Ironically the fact us "haters" were right is going to upset them more than the demise of OneCoin.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

More news from Bulgaria that seems to be tightening the noose around OC's neck: Anti-mafia officers, SANS agents join international operation for cracking down on cryptocurrency circulation - News

Anti-mafia officers and agents from the State Agency for National Security have taken part in an international operation aimed to prevent the creation and to crack down on the circulation of the cryptocurrency ОneCoin.

In the presence of Europol representatives and of investigators from Germany, the offices of the One Network Services Company in Sofia have been searched, the head of the Bulgarian Specialized Prosecutor’s Office Ivan Geshev said. The criminal group has been active for three years. Charges in the case have been brought against a Bulgarian national in Germany, Ruja Ignatova. There is evidence that the OneCoin cryptocurrency has been used to finance operations linked to organized crime and terrorism.

If this story is true, then OC is doomed. Of course Igor Krnic says this is all fake news and not true. Of course he and others on his blog have said there would be no legal actions taken against OC because they have done nothing wrong. Ever since the raid, he has been doing his best to debunk the raid as being bad but good because it will clear OC once and for all and shut all of us haters up.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The things you learn while posting at Igor Krnic's blog continue. Today I learned when I was discussing how easy it would be for the investigators to prove that OC was a pyramid structure for commercial fraud and progressive customer recruitment, I received these replies and I quote:

"Don't all MLM companies start by several people and is it natural that they have many people beneath them but they sure do not take profit from all those people. It is simply how those systems work. This pyramid word is boring really. Every classic company is pure pyramid by structure. You have board of directors or ceo, managers and slaves below them. No matter how hard slaves work, they earn roughly the same, but those up there collect huge bonuses. MLM is model where money is more distributed to promoters. And indeed those who started when the company was zero will have the most people in their downline it is so in every mlm company today." (Igor)

"USE that big blockhead of yours and tell me one fortune 500 company that is not a pyramid" (flatrate)

They are not going to like my answer.

I'm not certain how MLM'ers continue to get away with this drivel. Walmart is the largest employer in the US with 2.3 Million employees and 100% earn something.

Take any MLM and after time and expenses upwards of 95% distributors not only lose, but run a deficit. It's like sharecropping for vitamins.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Anything that shows OC in a bad light has to be rationalized or explained away with smoke and mirrors and the faithful eat up every word of it. After all, all of us haters lie, distort the facts, never post anything positive about OC instead of helping them make things right. NO I am not kidding. They even had a thread at Igor's blog to discuss this very thing, but no haters allowed if they post negative comments.

Igor has alluded that he knows the outcome of 2 cases in the high court in Germany, but of course he can't disclose them as it is up to the courts to do so. When they are disclosed it will be some minor ruling about having to return the servers or some silliness which will be immediately claimed it shows OC has done nothing wrong. They still can't grasp that this is a criminal investigation despite the authorities clearly saying so.

As far as that goes, I have had several people who are in OC contact me and the stories they are telling are fascinating and damning to OC. Igor and all the others there would crap their collective pants if they knew. You can't fix stupid, but you sure can expose it.

When you read at Igor's blog you have to suspend all common sense, logic and reason. If you can it is a fun read. If not it is living hell.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

To answer the old age question as to why people join a Ponzi, here is a classic example, and this is a direct quote from detroyer on Igor's blog:

"That's your problem, you heard the people who brainwashed you instead of using your own brain... you're talking about Ken.. You know well ken, Kari, Juha etc... are pure MLM and know nothing about cryptocurrency, it was your first mistake you didn't use your brain and you let Tim and Bjorn manipulate you...la same thing happened with me being Trader Pro at infinity, a broker from Chicago, which I Scalping on the future marchês and mainly gold, oil, S&P 500 and sometimes the Dax, in 2016 there were discussions between traders on the cryptotrading and that it was interesting to trade, because there was the volatility that we were looking for the future And that's where I discovered onecoin and its ecosystem and after surveying the web, I could tell the difference between what the haters said and what my brain was telling me and I realized that the Haterss were attacking OC but OC was still growing , and there I asked myself a single question... why would anyone who would swindle you to require papers for the KYC and would prohibit you from having other accounts in other different branch (cross line). that doesn't make any sense, It would be simpler to require nothing, only your username, your e-mail and your transfer; As it happens with the ICO by paying with ether or BTC to avoid any lawsuit in case of failure.

If I am today with OC it is mostly thanks to you the haters, because your criticism was so many that it informs a lot about the great fear that you were struggling to hide. thank you guys."

Sure made sense to me. I don't think he is going to like my response.

Found a YouTube link and got to watch the report. You can watch it here if not in the UK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhYdFDiySGU

Actually disappointed in the program. Just touched the surface of the fraud that is OC.

Seems what was posted on YouTube was just the promo for the show. If anyone in the UK can record this show and send it to me via email, or PM here, I would greatly appreciate it.

They did at least report that it's just another pyramid scheme using the hype of Bitcoin as it's lure.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The good thing is that it was on BBC TV at 8.30pm yesterday, and that it mentioned One Coin. First mention of any similar scam as far as i know on mainstream terrestrial TV in the UK. So I see it as an advance!

As Char says above, it was reported as a pyramid scheme using bitcoin as a lure.

The UK authorities are SO SLOW at picking up this sort of thing that I'm grateful for anything bringing it to their attention.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

From the time slot I am guessing this was a 30-minute story. I was wondering if they had more footage of the hidden camera they used at one of the OC meetings in the show. This was the part that held the most interest to me.

I wonder if the BBC has the transcript available of the show to purchase?

But on another note, who needs a silly, stupid blockchain to have a crypto-currency? These guys don't: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXEH...ature=youtu.be

I learned that this 4 minute + clip was the only reference to OneCoin in the show, so it was complete. BUMMER! The rest of the show was dedicated to BitCoin and the people using it to get rich. They could have made a 2-hour show out of all the material that is available on OneCoin.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Ruh Roh, seems that I got to Igor. So what does one do when they can't dispute the truth, why they ban those telling the truth, but let me have Igor say it in his own words, and I quote

"How in the world could you take my post as being "personal?":

Because when you do not understand what I write, cause you do not understand the matter and lack arguments, you turn to attack me by giving me a psychiatric diagnosis. Seems like discrediting me as fanatic believer is the only thing you and xpose have left and I do not need to stand for that crap so both of you are banned and I do not wish to waste any more time with you guys. You poisoned everything you could. We will just wait for the authorities to say their decision.

First of all, if you truly believe that the authorities were duped into believing all of what you call our lies, distortions, and fake news, then I do feel sorry for you. The authorities base things on facts. They had enough facts to get a judge to issue a search warrant of OneCoin and its affiliates. No illusion, lies, fake news or distortions needed to get the warrant. You must really think law enforcement and the securities agencies are ignorant and incompetent.

You obviously totally missed my point on this forum and I am sick of chasing a tale here. I will repeat again: Haters assume that onecoin has no blockchain so they are frauding people to sell fake coin that does not exist, that is a lie and assumption and authorities believe in that (at least until they actually saw it when they took the server) Haters assume that onecon is a pyramid scheme where only goal is to take money from people and also authorities believe that and they are investigating, and that is a lie, onecoin company has a goal to make trading and education platform to help people learn finance and start trading stocks and cryptos to earn money. Onecoin crypto is another goal that I do not need to repeat. All you guys assume that there is no plan for ONE and that it will collapse. I am sick of your stupidity already and do not want to waste time anymore.

Now, THE FACT that DID make a green button for authorities to believe in your assumptions is that many IMA did scam many people but that is INDEPENDENT matter from the onecoin cause their system was abused and their rules are broken, so we have FACTS outside your assumptions. Luckily authorities will clear all this up.

Who appointed you to be the sole arbiter of what constitutes reputable media? We all know anything that has anything negative in a story is fake news and not a reputable news source according to you. Just because you say so does not make it true.

It is easy to detect journalists that do not care the truth, those are people who write one-sided stories. But you do not understand that so no point arguing.

Just so you know, tricked and duped mean the same thing, but I also changed it to "tricked" after initially using the word duped because you said she was "tricked." I would think that after a personal and business relationship with Sebastian since late 2012 she could not be "tricked" by him as you claim. For if she was truly tricked, she's definitely no genius as she has been portrayed to be. The truth is she knows "exactly who and what he is."

Again, and for the last time: "tricked or duped" does not even matter, it is not like Sebastian planned anything, they simply did not plan millions of users and Sebastian proved to be incompetent on handling such large network and ruja was focused on vision, platforms, legal matter etc obviously and she ran away from the network long time ago. So when I say Sebastian was a mistake, I mean she should not put him into the game, she should not choose mlm, but no going back now. That is my opinion. Enough philosophy.

It is so funny to see him twist trying to give Ruja cover after I blew his argument that Ruja was not responsible for the MLM/OneLife side of the business as she was tricked by Sebastian. I especially loved his comment that Sebastian and Ruja did not expect to have millions of users, but it was not due to incompetence. It was because BigCoin fell flat on its face and they didn't think OneCoin would take off like it did. They were hoping they could get a couple hundred of thousands, but this exceeded their wildest dreams.

It was fun while it lasted. As the famous movie line said, "The Truth? You want the truth? You can't handle the truth." And he proved me right.

He has no clue how investigations are done and how this is going to end. His blind allegiance to Ruja and OneCoin will not let him see it. He is about to get a real expensive lesson, and he deserves it.

In his warped mind it means that you can tell about all the problems but you also have to write how Ruja is cleaning up the mess and all the good things that are coming. I kid you not. He thinks that before law enforcement could take action they had to talk to OC and let them clear it all up. Law enforcement would be happy and no raid or charges filed. After all they only did the raid because of all the lies us Haters told, not based on any facts. He got all worked up when I gave him the definition of cognitive dissonance. He thought I was talking about him, while I was talking about him and all his sycophant followers.
