They have their own merchant network called DealShaker. It was supposed to have 1 million merchants by now, but at best there are 55,000 and almost all are in China. It's a joke but of course there are over 600,000 merchants being "processed" for DealShaker. Of course there has only been about 300 new merchants added since the announcement of 600,000 waiting to be approved for the last 5 months. Takes time don't you know to approve merchants especially when there is no-one in charge. But this is the real deal.

If you are in the US, you cannot access OneCoin's website or DealShaker.

He invested 55 Bitcoins buying his OC tokens, but I can't remember what the price Bitcoin was when he did it. $1,000 comes to mind but I really don't remember. So he has a lot riding on this, and why he refuses to believe OC is not real.

How long do we give it until OneCoin is shut down? And what do you guys think will happen once it shuts down, will they tell their followers that now they are going to a legal battle and to hang in there and maybe put in more money to help them?

Onecoin - Onelife is effectively shut down, as evidenced by:

    -Website offline

    -Servers seized by authorities.

-No evidence of any remaining management structure.

-Former management announcing they were misled.

-No communications (even excuses) from anyone willing to pretend they are authorized to speak.

    -"Dr" Ruja Ignatova in hiding.

-Overwhelming evidence of conversion of investor's funds to finance Ignatova's lavish lifestyle.

-BusinessForHome.org no longer operating as paid shill.

-All former mega-promoters moved on to new SCAMS.

-Suckers unable to recover any funds.

It was always a SCAM; now it's a SCAM that is toast.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

When I was able to post on Igor's blog after supposedly being banned, and the members complained I could post, he let it be known that instead of a permanent ban he goofed and I was only banned for a week. Funny how he still has not permanently banned me.

    At any rate, here's the latest from him, and I quote;

"Corporate legal team has successfully over come Italian legal issues ( Msg from Mr. Konstantin Ignatov, Global Head, OneCoin) and Italian Market will be open very soon. Confirmation will come in the back office."

Of course if this does not happen, it will be interesting to see all the cya of why it didn't happen but it was a positive thing. I think this is just put out to calm everyone down and make them thing the investigation is going nowhere and OC will be exonerated of all the preliminary charges against them. It is just spin to buy time.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Now I know this news is going to come as a shock to all of you, but I have to be the bearer of bad news. The big announcement of OC being able to resume operations in Italy today didn't happen. Igor had to apologize that the news was not in the OC back office as had been stated by detroyer would happen today, but it could possibly be announced on Monday. He also admitted it could be later.

Now if I had posted something like that and it didn't happen there would not have been any cover of it not happening like he is giving destroyer. Instead I would have been raped over the coals for spreading fake news. Funny how that works isn't it. I just wonder how long it will be before destroyer steps up to the plate and admits it was fake news, or he will just ignore he said it.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well, detroyer stepped up to the plate and jumped the gun with his announcement instead of waiting for OC's official announcement. Actually surprised he did. But there are bigger problems in OC than destroyer jumping the gun with his announcement.

Remember the big deal OC made about their CoinSafe program that locked your OC's up for two years? Well, it seems that those who's 2 year period are now coming due there are no coins showing. Of course when Igor as asked about this his response was (it is always his response to anything) don't worry it will be worked out just be patient. He has no clue why, but just trust him that OC will work it out. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside doesn't it.

And Ruja is still nowhere in sight or has made a comment about all the investigations happening all around her and OC. But we were told that she is working diligently behind the scenes with the new changes and improvements to OC that is taking all her time and can't comment on anything. Yep that's the story they are telling. I actually went outside to see if pigs were flying.

One thing is for sure, OC said they had worked out an agreement with Italy, detroyer said it was happening and if it doesn't their credibility will finally be shot with many of the faithful. We all know that there will be some to refuse to believe they were in a Ponzi, and of course Igor's comment will be it will be worked out, just be patient.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The Italian Court ruled in favor of OC and has allowed them to continue operations in Italy and have voided the fine assessed. The court ruled that there were inconsistencies and other issues in the fine and stopping OC from operating in Italy and was sent back to the initial agency that issued the fine and stopping OC in Italy for further clarification. Now it will depend on how long it takes for them to act and remove the inconsistencies and clarify so the fine and stoppage of OC in Italy can be reinstated. What is more troubling is that Belize has struck the company off their registry before the court issued their ruling, and this fact alone should have made the court deny their appeal.

Still the criminal investigation is rolling along and from all appearances it still has a long way to go before a determination will be made by the multi-nation criminal investigation. That didn't stop Konstantin from claiming that the investigators were going to release their findings to him last Friday that exonerated OC before they issued their findings to the lead prosecutor on the case. This is not how an investigation is done, but then the faithful believed every word he said. Of course no such thing happened last Friday and still hasn't happened.

All the posters at Igor's blog were all excited with this news and were crowing all of us haters would be eating our words. Since nothing was announced, they have been totally silent on this point. Gee I wonder why?

Also John Reiner put together a thread called Civil Lawsuit Discussions in which they are all putting together all the videos, articles and blog posts of the "haters" so OC can sue all of the parties involved (TV, newspapers, bloggers, haters, etc.) once OC is given the all-clear. I wonder if they are also going to sue all the various securities commissioners, central banks regulators who issued cease and desist or warnings against their citizens participating in OC.

But I really loved this statement from him, and I quote:

"I have already found a high profile attorney here in the USA who I believe is more than willing to handle the case domestically , and is very knowledgable , and well versed in this type of law! I have already began the process , and have a short list of names who will be possible defendants , and have compiled a large list of possible offenses!"

Uh, I hate to break it to John, but OC was not doing business in the US, so there is no jurisdiction here for any court action against anyone in the US. Something his high profile attorney should have told him.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

To keep the faithful in line since Konstantin hasn't made his big announcement that the investigators have cleared OC of any crimes, now comes this piece and I quote:

"The OneCoin investigation flooded the media, but it actually lead to nowhere

At the beginning of year 2018 Bulgarian media was flooded with news about a peculiar case. The big fuss was about an investigation, conducted by the Bulgarian authorities with the participation of the German public prosecutors, during which the headquarters of OneCoin and its partners’ offices (One Network Services, etc.) were searched. Employees were interrogated, press conferences were given - a standard “procedure” when media catch a hot topic and, in the blink of an eye, it is replicated so many times in so many different websites. Problem is that the information in various media almost always comes in various versions.

As it turned out in the end - nobody was arrested, no charges were pressed and no proof of any illegal activity was found, whatsoever, neither in the Republic of Bulgaria nor in the other countries, in which the company operates. The whole raid seemed to be showy, as some cryptoexperts have rated it after the media storm has passed away. Legal advisors and lawyers who are working on the case state that the proceedings have resulted in more that 6 000 pages of files plus numerous documents, but up to the present moment there are no valid evidences, but only suspicions, of any criminal laws being violated.

The investigation was triggered after an anonymous signal. One of the main accusations against the OneCoin cryptocurrency is that it does not have a real blockchain. This, however, was contradicted by a specialized report, conducted by IT specialists and commissioned by the public prosecutor’s office. The report says that the total number of deals is accurate and there are no violations of the main principals of the blockchain technology, which is more than a solid proof of the existence of a blockchain.

OneCoin representatives have shared that the online platform DealShaker (the place where merchants offer a variety of goods and services) was also under investigation by the authorities. Many service providers were contacted and they have expressed their satisfaction of the platform and their work together with the company.

Ultimately, the conclusion after the investigation of the authorities is the following: the anonymous signals against OneCoin and its partnering companies by random ill-wishers aim solely at damaging the reputation of the companies and to deliberately bring them to closure of business.

Representatives of the company shared: “Thanks to the raid, we once again had the chance to proof our transparency as a company and the clean face, which we are not afraid to show to the authorities, our members and the whole world. In the name of truth we have provided representatives of the authorities with all the documentation they needed to be able to proof the total lack of argumentation of the anonymous signals against us. We have stated multiple times before that OneCoin is the only crypto company on the market with a centralized blockchain system. It is safe to say that the company has set a new industry standard by storing KYC information and setting user’s security as its highest priority.”

The companies are sure that the truth will come out soon enough and they do not plan to let the groundless accusations against them ruin the name and business of the company."

I especially loved the statement that, and I quote: "As it turned out in the end - nobody was arrested, no charges were pressed and no proof of any illegal activity was found, whatsoever, neither in the Republic of Bulgaria nor in the other countries, in which the company operates." This is totally false. The investigation hasn't even concluded yet, so there can be no proof of any illegal activity was found. Just more smoke and mirrors to keep the faithful believing.

I will be surprised if this multi-nation investigation is finished before October of this year. Funny how anyone that posts things that are anti-OC, it is always fake news, but anything posted supporting OC is never fake news. And the saga continues.

Sounds like most of the people from Igor's blog defending OC and Dr. Ruja. Talk about talking in circles and suspending all logic and common sense, and you have all the posters on his blog in defense of OC. But no doubt this is one of my top 10 idiotic things said about OC and Dr. Ruja. And she is still in hiding with no comments from her at all. But we have been told that she is working diligently behind the scenes on the upcoming ICO that is to take place this October (cough, cough).

Still waiting on Konstantin to make his big announcement with proof that the investigators have cleared OC of any wrong doing that he promised to do more than 2 weeks ago.

Well, Konstantin promised more than a month ago that he was going to post the proof the investigators found nothing wrong with OC, and now it was just up to the prosecutor to issue the final findings. Funny how the people on Igor Kronic's blog conveniently ignore this isn't it, but touted the PR piece OC put out on an obscure blog as proof OC was not guilty.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

OC was crowing that the Italian High Court had lifted the ban on OC/OL being able to do business in Italy as well as the fine was suspended. Then an article came out saying only the fine had been suspended, and that OC was still not allowed to do business in Italy. Of course one of the OC supporters posted that a meeting was going to be held in Italy to present OC again, and of course that negated the article's claim OC could not do business in Italy.

I hope they have the meeting and the Italian authorities show up and arrest some of them. One can hope.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

When I pointed out to Igor Krnic on his blog after the Samoa Central Bank had issued their warning about OC/OL that this meant they had to stop promoting it there, Igor claimed I didn't know what I was talking about and OC/OL could still be promoted. Then the Samoa Central Bank issued a statement that all OC/OL promotions must stop until further notice. I then posted this "FACT on Igor's blog. Seems that Igor didn't like my posting this FACT on his blog and said this, and I quote:

“This is an ultimate proof how dumb onecoin hater you are and have no clue about general war banks/cryptocurrencies.

This is only central bank trying to ban one crypto transactions and getting money out without their permission. Who the hell is bank to tell people where to spend their money? This is exactly why world needs crypto. But people still have western union, their own IMA companies, no one need to mention onecoin or anything.

OLN is banned when government says to stop promoting onelife and onecoin. This is not the case. You rats are using dirty private bank to bash onecoin yet have no clue all crypto market is under similar war. Here go ban for you cause you are not up to this sorry.

Let’s just talk about something constructive or just sit and wait damn October and let the grown people work in Sofia.”

I only posted the info and did not embellish the statement at all, but he has now banned me again. How my posting the FACT that the Central Bank of Samoa has stopped all promotions of one coin can be interpreted "This is an ultimate proof how dumb onecoin hater you are and have no clue about general war banks/cryptocurrencies," defies logic, common sense and reality. But then OC/OL people have no logic, common sense or reality.

As for letting the grown people in Sofia do their work, there is no "grown" people in Sofia to do the work. They are either in hiding or have left the building. Igor has his head so far up Ruja's arse I am surprised he can see to type. In the meantime the Commissioner of the Central Bank could care less what Igor thinks of her actions or of her. OC/OL is still banned in Samoa.

Poor Igor, trapped by his own lack of intestinal fortitude.

After all these years, does anyone imagine Igor has the inner strength to put his hand up and admit he was wrong all along ???

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The title that has been given him is CEO - Chief Excuse Officer, and it fits him to a "T"

The pressure is getting to him. He truly thought the multi-national criminal investigation was going to be over by now. He bought Konstantin's lie that he has proof that the investigators found OC/OL has done nothing wrong. When this proof was not forthcoming, is when he started to get worried. The longer it goes the higher his anxiety level. It is why he lashed out at me for just posting the Samoa shutting down OC/OL banning me.

He is also afraid that there will be other countries taking the same kind of action, and he doesn't want it posted on his blog. Scaring too many of his sycophant followers all is not well as he has been portraying OC/OL to be. I had to laugh when he made the comment that the Commissioner needed to do more investigating and she would realize OC/OL has done nothing wrong. It is just a war by the banks against crypto-currencies mantra. He truly doesn't realize that she has access to far more information from other countries than he will ever be able to find. I wouldn't be surprised to see Samoa join the multi-national criminal investigation. That will really set him off if that happens.

He truly is scared that there are going to be multiple criminal indictments coming against his beloved Ruja and many more in OC/OL, and he sure as heck doesn't want me around on his blog when it happens. It would almost literally kill him to have to admit I was right and he was wrong.

My only concern is will Bulgaria be able to protect her from criminal charges from other countries? So far they are protecting her.

The best thing about being a truthteller is the fact, with a little patience, you can't "lose" an argument with someone such as Igor.

It doesn't matter what he says or does, OneCoin is a fraudulent scheme.

It's not a matter of "if" it is going to collapse, it's a matter of "when" and all the "Igors" in the world can't prevent it happening.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing
