    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Igor and his followers on his blog bought the lie from Konstantin that the investigators into OC/OL had found nothing wrong. Their report was going to be given to him to prove OC/OL was legal and had committed no crimes. Now over 7 weeks later, with of course none of this happening, and that this multi-national criminal investigation was going to be over by now or before October's ICO; Igor finally had to admit, well let me let you say it in his own words, and I quote:

"It’s the issue of not being self evident and have a huge war machinery against you.
We can only pray that they find bank that is unreachable for this machinary cause I don’t really expect germany to close investigation this year. Official matter are so slow and I personally think it is timed intentioanlly to try and break them before going public. But if they survive, investigation will end sooner or later and then they will become self evident. My opinion."

To be honest I never thought he would admit it on his blog that the investigation could go into 2019, but glad he finally did. Now what is truly funny in his statement is he refuses to mention that the criminal investigation is a multi-national investigation. He keeps calling it the German investigation since the lead prosecutor is German. By doing so he is downplaying the seriousness of this criminal investigation, and instead makes it sound like a personal vendetta against OC/OL. Of course all the problems that OC/OL have had with the authorities is a major war on OC/OL by the Bitcoin supporters, the banks, and of course all the haters who lied to get all the OC/OL bank accounts closed and lied to the investigators so they would do an investigation.

Sadly this mantra will still be believed when criminal indictments are handed down and OC/OL is said to be a criminal enterprise.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

While the Swedish investigation is still ongoing, the Swedish Tax Authority did issue this ruling:

OneCoin is not a crypto currency. OneCoin is basically a pyramid game. Pyramid games are treated tax-wise as a lottery. The Swedish Tax Agency’s view is that OneCoin is organized outside the EEA. You should therefore record income from OneCoin as income from capital as a profit in a foreign lottery. You may not deduct losses.

What is interesting about this tax ruling is that it would suggest that citizens of Sweden were trying to claim income or a loss for their taxes over their OneCoin investment. Since OneCoin stopped all withdrawals in early 2017, makes this ruling interesting since Swedish investors in OC would not have had any income to claim.

The Swedish investigation has been ongoing since 2016. It is my understanding that they are part of the multi-national criminal investigation into OC/OL. This would explain why no findings have been made in the Swedish investigation. Add that Samoa has stopped all OC/OL promotions there until further notice, and now the big push by OC/OL into Africa and South America is going to play out. Colombia ruled OC/OL could not operate in their country in early 2016. Wonder how long until the other South American countries will do the same.

    And the wheels of justice keep turning S L O W L Y, but they are a'turnin.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

In recent developments in China, the authorities in Hunan arrested 119 Chinese for their involvement in OC on May 15,2018.

Since their arrest, each of the arrested suspects have confessed to participation in OneCoin as an investor. Two of the arrested suspects have already been sentenced to more than five years in prison.

Authorities claim the OneCoin bust is the “largest MLM case” ever investigated in Hunan. The case spanned twenty Chinese provinces, Hong Kong and “overseas countries.” 20,000 bank accounts belonging to suspects were analyzed, along with “tens of millions” of transactions. Some 200 shell companies related to OneCoin were also part of the investigation.

The Zhuzhou Intermediate People’s Court in Hunan in a judgment dated December 17th, 2017 certified OneCoin is an illegal pyramid scheme. In addition to the declaration of OC being an illegal pyramid scheme, they also gave a list of frozen assets at the end of the filing, including names and bank accounts. While most were Chinese, there were some in English, most notably Sebastian Greenwood who had over $7.1 Million Dollars frozen in his bank account. Other top OneCoin investors with “illegal income” that appear in the court document include:
Robert Archibald (aka John Archibald, Chinese name: 罗某) – $18.8 million seized across three bank accounts and Robert Rysart (Chinese name: 费某) – $5.6 million seized across three bank accounts. In addition to money, the court document also lists laptops, computers and cars as seized assets.

Of course Igor’s comments about all of this is that the Chinese don’t know what they are doing, and all those arrested were not legitimate IMA’s and not part of OC/O at all. They were using a Denmark based server and used Onecoin name to sell fake packages on the fake website using real Oneacademy education package prices.

Only one itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie problem with Igor claiming these were not real IMA’s of OneCoin but operating illegally. The authorities that investigated OneCoin and made these arrests said, and I quote: “Since their arrest, each of the arrested suspects HAVE CONFESSSED TO PARTICIPATION IN OneCoin AS AN INVESTOR.(emphasis mine) Funny how Igor missed that little gem isn’t it.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

And another major promoter of OC has tried to "quietly" remove himself from OC/OL. Seems Dr. Zafar has changed his entire FP page profile and OC/OL is no longer mentioned. Rather odd since OC/OL is claiming their big ICO will happen Oct 8 this year. By his removing himself from being one of the OC/OL faithful, he could have all his coins seized.

Now really, if you had as many coins as he had, would you pull the plug before the big ICO and the opportunity to make millions? At the rate OC/OL is losing their top promoters, there won't be anyone around for the big ICO.

Now what is really going to be interesting is to see how all of those he conned into joining OC/OL are going to take this news. He had a big downline in Afghanistan and Kurdistan. I don't think he will be making any trips there anytime soon as they ALL have guns and are not afraid to use them.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well today was a big day for OC. It was the day they were to start Part 4 of their ICO. You would have thought this day would have been met with great fanfare from OC HQ extolling all the opportunities this day has brought, all the excitement of this great day in OC history, and how all of us haters got it wrong. Well, that is what you would have expected from a real company, but not a whimper from OC HQ. But then since Ruja and all the major players have exited stage left, one wonders if anyone is in charge at OC. Heck crickets chirping make more noise than OC has on this great day.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Since October 2017, OC has been promising that their long-awaited ICO would take place October 8, 2018. It's all the members of OC, Igor and his blog, as well as OC has been saying in every seminar, blog post and OC's newsletter.

I have also said all along that there would not be an ICO in October 2018, especially with the criminal investigation that was launched in January of this year. Now Igor on his blog made this update to his previous post about the big ICO for October 8, 2018 and I quote:

"UPDATE: There is no promise that public era will start on October. That is only a plan but if ecosystem is not 100% ready there might be a delay"

No PROMISE of an ICO on October 8, 2018? Seriously Igor? It's all you, OC, Ruja and Konstantin have been talking about and promising since October of last year. How can this be? Ruja has been working feverishly in her basement in a hidden locaton almost wearing her fingers to the bone to complete the ICO and the upgrades for DealShaker. Rather odd that Ruja, this crypto expert genius, an IQ of over 200, and an astute businesswoman would have to delay the ICO.

Nice of you to try and softly let the members down when the announcement comes that the ICO has been delayed, yet again. I mean it has only been since 2014 that the ICO has been promised it is coming.

I do have it on good authority, however, that the ICO will be done Junevember 33. All the OC"s just have to be patient.

^ Onecoin being pitched to suckers in Argentina.

I can't believe that anyone with an internet connection and enough technical savvy to use Google can still be enticed to show up and listen to this crap.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The best part of the video were the dancers. They were incredible.

I especially loved it when Konstantin came in and his opening line was "I am surprised to see so many people here!" Well Konstantin you weren't the only one. That is if you call about 200 - 300 people a lot of people. A far cry from OC heyday when they had 1,000's attending their seminars. But that was when they had all their big Ponzi pimps involved and they left.

The real gem was in the last five minutes of his presentation when he made it known that OneCoin will be "going public" and instead of October 8th public trading in an exchange where everybody could buy and sell coins, he introduces 4 new stages and OFC packages for sale starting from September 8th and ending on January 7th 2019; which is if this correct the ICO is not Jan 7, 2019, not Oct 8, 2018.

Thanks Konstantin for proving me right once again. And the faithful are happy with this news. Incredible. Here's the link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IDpMgaZMhA

Yep - that was quite a performance.

Wonder what their motivation for deciding to block access to the USA "on copyright grounds" could possibly be?

For that matter, who is "SME" who is claiming copyright?

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

After the big raid by the multiple nation criminal task force and the servers were confiscated, OC made the announcement that the authorities were satisfied that OC had a real working blockchain, which has been a major sticking point between us "haters" and OC sycophants. Just as the dust had started to settle on the controversy, Konstantin goes to Argentina to announce the ICO for 10-8-18 was off and would not happen until after January 7 of 2019. They were doing a 4-stage OFC package starting on September 7, 2018. Toward the end of his speech he made a comment that should have shaken up every OC member. Here is what he said, and I quote:

“IT Team” confirmed OneCoin had “all the characteristics” of a blockchain."

That is totally opposite of OC having a real and working blockchain. I can't wait to hear the spin they put on this one. Me thinks that Konstantin really stepped in it and confirmed OC doesn't have a blockchain after all as claimed.

I'm sure we will hear that he misspoke due to the excitement and his euphoria of the moment since his announcement was so epic

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

As it has gotten closer and closer to the big ICO that was happen this October 8, there started to be signs that maybe, just maybe mind you, that things might not go as planned. Then it was announced that a "BIG REVEAL" would be made just after midnight this morning. And as predicted long ago, alas there is not going to be an ICO this October. Instead OC has come up with a new way to steal even more money. Now here's the new plan, and I quote:

    "October, 2018
    Sale of packages
    Round 1 (October 8 – November 7, 2018)
    Round 2 (November 8 – December 7, 2018)
    Round 3 (December 8 – January 7, 2019)
During this period, the OFC bundles will be available under the terms of the current round.

    January, 2019
    STAGE 1 of the MDP (January 7–April 7, 2019)
Since January 7, participants will be able to convert their accumulated OFCs into ONEs. 20% of all acquired coins are released.
Mandatory Discount Period of the start-up will last for 1 year and will refer to the 80% of the total number of coins acquired by participants after the conversion from OFC to ONE. These 80% of the total number of coins will be held for 6 months and will receive 5% more coins.

    April, 2019
    STAGE 2 of the MDP (April 8 – July 7, 2019)
On April 8, 2019, 30% of the coins will be released. The remaining 50% of the coins will receive 10% more coins and will be held for the next 3 months.

    July, 2019
    STAGE 3 of the MDP (July 8 – October 7, 2019)
On July 8, 2019, the next 30% of the coins will be released. The remaining 20% of them will be held for additional 3 months and will receive 15% more coins.

    October, 2019
STAGE 4 of the MDP (October 8, 2019)
All coins acquired by participants will be available to them lately, on October 8, 2019, at the output of the project at full capacity

This news has not sit well with the faithful and Igor's blog is full of unhappy people and he's doing his best to CYA for OC that this is a good thing and more detail will be announced on what all this means when Konstantin takes the stage on 9/1. Uh Igor, it is very clear that the ICO has been pushed back to October 2019, AND there is no assurance that will happen either. The multi-national criminal investigation should be concluded before then and end this 4 year tragedy disguised as a real cryptocurrency wonder. The only wonder is they have been able to con as many people as they have for 4 years.

I think Igor's blog is going to get real testy in the coming weeks, and especially after Konstantin's big speech on 9/1. It will be just more BS and more of great things to come with no substance as always.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

After the big announcement of the 4-stage process to get to Oct 2019 for OC to finally trade on an exchange using OFC ERC20 tokens, came this startling claim by Konstantin, and I quote:

    "Dear all,

There was a little confusion the last week. I want to make absolutely clear we are NOT working with any etherium products. we have our own powerful blockchain, so we don’t need any other products!

Also many were asking why price didn’t go up with difficulty, price is determined by a very complex algorithm, depending on more than the difficulty. I expect the price to go up very shortly. Konstantin Ignatova"

This had the faithful asking a lot of pesky questions and immediately the story became he was talking about when OC started trading on the exchanges. This is only for non-OC members so they can participate by buying these OFC's to trade for OC when it goes public. Yeah right. These people can't lie straight in bed.

What do you do when you are Chief Excuse Officer for OC? Why you delete posts you don't like and ban the poster permanently. Which makes me wonder what Igor is going to do with this post from SwissAndrew, who is a OC believer and replied to a post by Musharrafall, and I quote:

    "Musharrafali wrote: ↑

    Hello Igor
Will the miners (who mined ONE from their educational packages) be allowed to exchange their ONE into fiat currency after going public / launching on exchange? If yes then with certain limits will it be possible? Becaz in the 3rd world countries like in Asia sub continent due to non legitimate causes of cryptocurrency, Dealshaker has not been promoted and useability of Onecoin is almost Zero. So the Onecoiners of this region are very much upset. They dont have an option except exchanging ONE into Fiat in future.

SwissAndrew: this is the billion dollar question

Without the ability to exchange (sell) OC for fiat, this whole operation is just a very expensive game. At the moment there is no Dealshaker activity here in $witzerland - so it is irrelevant for me. I want to have some fiat, even if only a small amount.

If OC does not go to an exchange Oct. 8 it would be a huge blow for OC credibility, and open up the opportunity for the all the haters to go crazy. To prevent a possible collapse of the OC price, all the leadership has to do is to limit the OC exchange amount per account - which is what they did previously.

Since the main market at the moment is in Asia (mainly China) the company needs to improve DS to an attractive platform in this region.

When DS is working in Asia, where merchants can easily exchange OC for fiat, we will have no problem selling OC and DealShaker to merchants here in Europe. Again, this is KEY.
European retailers are not stupid. They will not join DS unless they see it working successfully in other parts of the world"

Igor needs to change the name of his blog from OneCoin debate to OneCoin kiss arse blog. He has banned any debaters and deletes their posts. But OneCoin is not a Ponzi.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

After promised information would be announced on September 8 that would clear up all misunderstandings about the upcoming ERC20 ICO, the deadline came and went with no information released; and still hasn't as of today.

What did happen, however, was a blockbuster announcement that Mark Scott, a licensed attorney in Florida, was indicted by federal grand jury on August 21st, on money laundering charges related to the OneCoin Ponzi scheme. On the same day Scott was indicted, a warrant was also issued for his arrest. Authorities apprehended Scott on September 5th. According to a filed affidavit in support of his arrest, Scott has been charged with Conspiracy to commit money laundering. Scott is alleged to have laundered OneCoin investor funds through several shell companies. This is a FBI and DOJ joint investigation. What makes this a blockbuster announcement is that OC has avoided operating in the US for fears of US Authorities taking action against them.

Mark Scott used MSS International Consultants, registered in the British Virgin Islands, to launder funds and brought property in the US through “133 Sunset Lane Acquisition Limited” and MSSI 31 Dale Avenue Property Group LLC. 133 Sunset Lane Acquisition Limited was used to purchase a $2.85 million dollar Massachusetts mansion Scott and his wife Lidia Kolesnikova resided in. MSSI 31 Dale Avenue Property Group was used to purchase a $3.7 million dollar mansion in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts in 2017.

Federal prosecutors allege Scott laundered around $400 million dollars in stolen investor funds, with the aim of conceal(ling) and disguising the nature, location, source, ownership, and control of the proceeds of specified unlawful activity in relation to a pyramid scheme involving a purported crypto-currency known as “OneCoin.” The indictment observes transactions of OneCoin investor funds between entities based in the US and abroad.

When a person contacted OC about all of this their reply was their standard Mark Scott has nothing to do with OC, they are not a Ponzi, and of course they have no revenue from MLM. Odd since OC was a MLM company from day one and still is. They can't even lie straight in bed.

They had better hope that Mark doesn't cut a deal and take Ruja and all the major players down by exposing all the skeletons in the closet of OneCoin. I don't see Mark falling on his sword for Ruja and company, especially now that he has been thrown under the bus by OC claiming he is not part of OC and don't know who he is. I do expect him to cooperate with the authorities and cut a deal for himself and taking everyone down with him.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The one thing that is consistent with the Chief Excuse Officer Igor Krnic's blog is that when people ask questions he doesn't want to answer, he just ignores them. People have been asking since 9/18 where's the info promised from OC. Openmind asked on Monday and here we are two days later and not one word from the CEO Igor.

Actually I am shocked he didn't just ban all three of them for asking the question and deleting their posts like he does anyone else he doesn't like their questions or comments. The only ones left are his sycophant believer's and some of them are now starting to get worried. So much for a debate forum.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Dennis Murdock, a big OC pimp here in the US, is holding a big OneCoin event in Las Vegas on Oct 10. Uh Dennis, just one itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie problem. OneCoin is not authorized to do business in the US and OneCoin has banned US participation. But the part I loved best was his claim that the OneCoin Coop provides a 84,000% ROI With No Risk!

In the meantime OC announced: The acquisition of OFC tokens is prohibited to users located in one of the following countries: China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Macedonia, France, United States of America, Bolivia, India, Pakistan, Algeria, Morocco, Mexico & Germany. They also said that other countries may be added in the future. But OC is not a Ponzi.

I am sure it is just a coincidence that every country named there have been IMA's arrested, or OneCoin is under investigation. There are other countries that their citizens are saying they are blocked from accessing OC"s back office that are not on the list, But OC is not a Ponzi.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

It would be interesting to discover just how many OneCoin "true believers" exist compared to the numbers of ponzi players and how many are committed to the cause

OC is fast turning into another Dinar Gurus or SolidInvestment saga, where the program is running but nobody cares.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing
