Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Well, Eva Claesson/larana at MMG has suddenly disappeared from posting (even though she has me on ignore), but zoezeth is doing all that can be done to keep people joining. It seems zoezeth is the only one getting paid, and the only one posting any payments at MMG of any significance. Still not registered in 94 countries though claiming they are doing business in 95 countries. They supposedly had this great agency that did an audit of them and found they were totally legal and not a Ponzi, but for some reason the Dutch aren't cooperating in approving them. You would think with such a letter from such a great agency this would have been a slam dunk. Of course they cannot name this agency, (cough, cough) even though in the beginning they said they would.
They were also going to sue ING Bank if they did not meet their demand to re-open their bank accounts. Hmm, ING Bank did not re-open their bank accounts, and of course not a peep about them suing ING Bank to do business with them. There are a few who still want to believe this is real and support them at MMG, but they have more guests reading the thread than they have members posting.
The wheels came off this bus a few miles back, but the members haven't noticed it yet; but they soon will. Their last update was a real laugher, but the faithful thought it was brilliant.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
PlanB4you has lost a lot of faith in Belgium and the Netherlands, the countries where the scam began and where it's pushing hardest:
Alexa ranking for The Netherlands on october 9th: 284, today: 486
Alexa ranking for Belgium on october 9th: 277, today: 536
And losing rank every day. This scam is on it's way down. Granted, you could have made a buck if you entered at the start of the year and withdrew or withdraw in time. But you'd be a fool to put or keep money in it now. Don't count on getting anything back when it all falls down, Johny has been declared bankrupt before.

* Visitor numbers are dropping fast
* Most visitors are returning current members, not coming from search engines.
* Belgian and Netherlands Alexa rating diving
* Falling numbers + Christmas approaching = you are crazy if you join now.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Payments have now surpassed the 60 day delay, which was the maximum that was mentioned in the terms and conditions.
Members started complaining, so Johny bought time by claiming the 60 days are WORK days. Basically adding about 20 days to the maximum delay.
Nowhere in the Terms and Conditions is it mentioned that these 60 days are work days. But PlanB has stealthily changed the terms before, so I wouldn't be surprised if they do mention it in the near future.

Nope, you still got it wrong :)
in HYIP terms a day means 24 hours, during which they work only 8 hours a day so 24 hours WORK day is 3 WEEKDAYS ;)
Its been done before, of course they can reduce their working hours per day :)

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
There was a ruling in a case PlanB4you started against the Dutch state yesterday (december 5th). PlanB4you is being very quiet about it and on the web, people are saying they lost it. We'll have to wait 6 weeks for the verdict to become public. It was about a bank account and a car that were blocked / impounded by the government supposedly.

I think it is something to do about ING bank freezing their account.
And some Nonsense about US SEC and some "screening" company assertion that it is not a ponzi.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Johny mentioned in one of his updates that the funds held in ING Bank and PayPal had been released, and claimed it was some kind of major victory. What he didn't mention is that PayPal and ING Bank did not re-open their bank accounts, and he did not sue ING Bank to do business with pb4y as he claimed they would do if they didn't. His updates are a laugh a minute. I have been having a lot of fun with them at MMG and told Johny he needed to get the daily rate above 0.50 Euro if he wanted any chance of this surviving. Now what is truly funny is that he bumped it above 0.50 Euro and it has only been below that daily rate once. His last daily rate was 1 Euro! Almost fell off my chair laughing.
Johny said in his update that the hearing that was continued was to be heard the second week of December. It now seems that the hearing was on Dec 5 and a ruling issued. Johny doesn't want the outcome of this hearing known or he knows it is over. He is trying to hang on until the first of the new year to come up with some new cock and bull story. I'm sure this ruling is available from the Dutch courts, and it won't take 6 weeks to get it either.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
It has been said that the court case that was held on 12/5 will have the ruling posted here: Home - www.rechtspraak.nl and is available in English some time next week, not 6 weeks as earlier stated. I think Johny was the one saying it would be 6-weeks so he could keep the ruling secret until after Christmas. He forgets this is the Internet and if it is out there it will be reported with or without him. It seems there may be a bank account that is still frozen, so looking forward to reading the ruling to see if this is true or not.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Well, Johny has just released his latest update, and it seems he lied about the ING Bank account and PayPal account being released. Here is his latest update:
UPDATE ON PLANB4YOU AND THE AGENCIES/AUTHORITIES
PlanB4You
Geplaatst door Johny Schabregs do, december 11, 2014 16:31:27
This week was the ruling on the formal complaint; that had been filed with the Court by Planb4you about 2.5 weeks ago. As already mentioned in previous news updates, this ruling has nothing to do with the investigation of Planb4you, but more about that later in this update. We want to stress once again that as far as the updates on Planb4you go, you should look on the official site via Johny Schabregs blog. (PlanB4You). There is at this time incomplete, and totally incorrect information being spread by 'opponents' of Planb4you about its progress. That these 'opponents' claim to be a reliable source is sad. However, they have not succeeded in their quest as we have previously pointed out. You now know that Planb4you is fully transparent and so please only follow our official communications.
Well now, the Judge has decided not to proceed any further with the formal complaint and instead to wait for the full case to be eventually brought to trial, which we had expected.
What does this mean for Planb4you?
First Planb4you can and will continue with its activities, and that is, of course, good news. We have always said that Planb4you is 100% legal, so for us this was not new. If it were illegal, we would have immediately been forbidden to continue with our activities!
Planb4you is (still) unable to get access to a portion of their funds, but this certainly does not endanger the business in any way. It just means that a number of projects will be delayed (including the opening of the Toko 's ). We have not lost this money, as there is no question that it has been confiscated; it is just temporarily parked and may be released once definite judgement has been made.
Payments are being made and will continue to be made. Planb4you has risen above this 'sickness' and everything shows that Planb4you is healthier than ever before. (Do you realize how special Planb4you is because what company would still carry on? They probably would have ceased to exist through all of this harrassment. There are plenty of regretful and disappointed people that belonged to such companies, who are now Planb4you members. It is quite understandable that you were worried and sensitive to all those negative messages, just human nature ).
The Planb4you shop is in full swing, and we see a dramatic increase in orders. Here too, we continue to expand, and we can assure you that in the not too distant future, a webshop will exist that is unparalleled! People will want to join Planb4you just for the webshop.
Planb4you will be profiling more internationally. Starting in January, we plan to organize events in various countries where we will deepen the concept further and give the opportunity to hold meeting and ask questions.
We can also tell you with certainty that the first Toko Johny will now open in January and the second and third shortly afterwards. A little later than planned, but better than opening when they do not function properly and are not furnished as desired. You can all witness this, via Johny Schabregs blog. Of course, we had been tempted to mention an earlier date, but we could not deliver, for which our excuses. But it is a delay and not a cancellation.
Finally, we want to come back to the situation with the aforementioned authorities and our ongoing struggle. There was underlined above, eventually be brought to trial, yes, you read it right, because the authorities have not found any proof to support their allegations, at this time.
We've also had meetings with several top experts in the field of the FIOD (the Dutch Fiscal Information and Investigation Service), experts in the fight against these agencies. They also looked into the concept and operations of Planb4you. Their conclusion was that the final trial could still be years from now if ever there is a trial. The methods and this desperate, almost embarrassing quest to eventually, find no evidence, shows this also, according to them. They also gave the following advice:
* go on with what you're doing with Planb4you and make it a big success.
* always try by using simple language to explain the concept to the authorities because they still do not understand it.
* Register negative coverage about Planb4you, but do not react, because this is all they need, and it will only give strength to the negativity. Believe in this unique concept and let this concept do its job. The authorities are, of course, very narrow minded and steadfast in their old-fashioned beliefs.
* Prepare yourself for more of these unjust actions because you are not there yet. However, time is on your side.
We have, therefore, been reaffirmed on what we already knew. At the moment, we see and hear a lot of positive reactions about Planb4you. More and more people have come to realise that Planb4you is not only a completely new concept, but one that continues. For many people, Planb4you has glided through this unjust system and everyone is aware of this.
There has been such great support for the entire team, for which we all really want to thank you!
This time the motto is:
Planb4you has only one way……the highway!
Johny Schabregs and team
PS.
The spectacular end of year action by Planb4you will be announced on 15 December.
PlanB4You
PLANB4YOU.TOKOJOHNY.BE
Just too funny that all their legal problems are "good news." I love how he keeps tossing out these companies that keep saying pb4y is not a Ponzi without naming them. Of course he can't because it is all BS. Wonder what the excuse will be when TokoJohny doesn't launch in January? So far he has missed 3 deadlines of when TokoJohny was to launch. But everything is wonderful and good news!

New end of the year action: "Please don't request any more payouts for a month and use your available PlanB funds to buy new superbricks instead. You can also use new money. All moneys are welcome! Oh and by the way, these new superbricks can't be paid out for a whole year. Kthanksbye!"

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
More news: Dutch news channels are reporting the following:
(Novum)"
Translation: The authorities impounded 2,5 million euros and seven cars (among which Maserati, Jeep, Porche) because PlanB is suspected to be a ponzifraud. I guess they communicated about the trial date on december fifth.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Amazing at how silent the pb4y thread at MMG has become with this news! Not a pimp in sight, or any believers so far. Of course the major pimps bailed on this a while ago, larana immediately comes to mind. I was just surprised that zoezeth/Alfed stayed the course pimping it as hard as he could. Either he didn't get the memo or was paid to stay and post.
It will be interesting to see who does come back and post about this turn of events that we all knew was coming, or Johny was going to run at the end of the year. At least Johny had a couple of months to enjoy all his new cars.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Johny was taken in custody today.
Google translate:
FIOD Wednesday in Rotterdam held the Director of PlanB4You in the criminal investigation into the alleged Ponzi fraud by the company. The magistrate in Amsterdam today asked him to 14 days in custody.
The director is suspected of fraud, offering a pyramid while this is in conflict with the law on gambling and the laundering of the proceeds therefrom. The money the participants put in at PlanB4you would otherwise be spent than promised. The presumption is that the returns are paid from the deposits of other participants. Of significant buying and selling activity by PlanB4you is probably not the case, there would therefore be no efficiency achieved with the deposited funds. There private expenditure of the revenue would be done, such as the purchase of expensive cars.
Crime does not pay
The FP had already seized the bank accounts of the company PlanB4You and the bank accounts of the director. Thousands of people in countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Slovenia and Italy have money in recent months inlaid with PlanB4you. Research by the FIOD show that the accused despite the batters presumably continued to offer the pyramid through PlanB4You.

Website was taken down, now displays a message that it's "temporary unavailable because of the investigation".
Guess it's finally all over now. Because it was still running with Johny in jail. They even opened up one of their restaurants two weeks ago. And they were going to open another one next week. Some members still believed in it.

Re: PlanB4You.eu scam
Custody was renewed for 90 days.
Researchers found a document that Johny gave his programmer on which the "daily profits" for the whole next month were written down. So the daily profits were bullshit all along.
In august last year, PlanB already owed 22 million EUR to the members (it went on for another 7/8 months after that).
Above info comes from a PlanB promotor who went to the trial, so might not be a 100% correct.
