Well, it's a 1-Up that seems to be "selling" crappy PLR/Resale rights eBooks, so the "Scam Or Legit" is a bit rhetorical.

I'm in the process of doing a write-up about an offer that's going through the CPA networks called "Car Millionaire" by Russel Clark, that appears to be pushing people to Duplication University & Premier Wealth Systems.

It's owned and run by John Bain (of The People's Program infamy).
The admin account has exactly two people under it. "Demo Demo" (a test account) and John Bain.

Oh, and the admin account's password is the same as John's Payza account, if anyone cares. He's not very creative there.
