This is now beginning to get advertised on the forums and through spam emails. According to a post on the MMG forum, it is run by David H Hooker (from BannersBroker), Eric Swaim and Paul Redmayne (both involved in BlueBirdBids).

They're illegal and over 90% of people will lose money doing so, BUT, it's your money to do with as you will.
But, PLEASE don't for one second think the David Hookers of this world are trustworthy or that HYIP ponzis are "real" opportunities to make your fortune.
