SVM Global Initiative – RealScam.com Attacking Veterans

Under the guise of being something other than leaders of a very small handful of hate mongers, so un-welcomed in their own countries they fear revealing their identities, these nameless cowards should be hunted down and arrested for the libelous harm they seem ever so determined to inflict on two decorated wartime veterans they could never hope to live up to.

USCG JAG OFFICER, LIEUTENANT COMMANDER KENNETH GOLDSTEIN, and former USAF STAFF SERGEANT SHEILA A. HIBBITTS (TABARSI) have done nothing less than spend a lifetime defending their country and serving, in many cases, for no monetary compensation, the needs of people both veteran and civilian since 1st joining the military. To treat veterans with such unprovoked hostility should, in and of itself be considered a crime.

It is a fact these Anti-SV/SVM Hate bloggers have never been personally involved in the development of the SVM Global Initiative, nor have anyone of them personally experienced loss as a result of direct interaction with any of its collaborating corporations. Therefore, this BAND OF TERRORIST is COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED in spewing the amount of hate and anger towards the effort, unless they have something to gain from it, which wouldn’t be a surprise. Otherwise, their intention to INCITE A RIOT and commit unprovoked ATTACKS on DECORATED UNITED STATES WARTIME VETERANS is nothing less than a HATE CRIME and should be treated as such by the proper authorities.

I am Sheila V., and I was up at the crack of dawn with orders I received in the middle of the night, to leave my small children, family and country 8,000 miles behind to fight for and protect soldiers and civilians I didn’t know then and will never see again. I work here in my own country the same as I did when in Saudi Arabia twenty-two years ago. Thirty-six hour days with precision, strength, courage, endurance and only one concern, THAT EVERYONE BE TREATED AS EQUAL AND THOSE LESS FORTUNATE HAVE MORE.

I am selfless to a fault and have done more for people in more countries, in a month than any one of these no-named bloggers will ever do in a lifetime. Where I bring HOPE their only wish is to bring FEAR and DESPAIR!

Pay them attention and they’ll cost you your dignity, they admit to not having any real credibility so spreading their lies will only dishonor your name, and NEVER succumb to the fear they evoke.

The SVM Global Initiative is a collaborate effort of two LLCs and a charitable foundation established by a 4th Generation Native Cherokee Shaman, Spiritual Life Coach, and Veteran of the 1991 Persian Gulf War, who suffered homelessness for fifteen years as a single parent with two kids. If anyone has a reason to put blood, sweat and tears, heart and soul into this project, I DO. The business plan behind the Initiative was first established as a non-profit organization to convert abandoned military bases into places to end poverty and homelessness. Fifteen years in the making it’s finally reaching a point where its bumps, twists and turns are almost completely smoothed out for a clean slide into home. The SVM Global Initiative should be judged based on its merit and not the intentions of its opposition which, besides having a predisposition for plain ole nastiness, is still yet to be determined.

Sheila darling, I don't hate you. I don't care enough about you to do so and if you are really a psychic you'd know that already. You are amusing in a run of the mill con artist sort of way, how long have you been taking people's money by pretending to be psychic?

Let's try a little test. Afixed to the bottom of my computer monitor is the logo badge of a mildly notorious company. It's a bit of a long story as to how I came to posses it but it's within my field of vision the entire time I'm online. If you are a psychic it should be a trifling matter for you to pluck that image from my mind. Sign up for a posting account (it's free) and tell me what it is and I'll post a picture to prove you right or wrong.

You see, I do not believe you have psychic powers yet I know for a fact you took people's money to use your "gifts" on their behalf and I find that a little bit more than a little dishonest.

If you do have the guts to sign up and post here perhaps you can tell us more about how "The Marketplace (TMktP)" works. Because I think it's every bit as magical as you are. How exactly is the money promised to pay your "clients" generated? Please note specifically that I'm looking for proof that you are not taking your clients money and giving it to other of your clients. Because if that is happening then the only way one client can end up with more money than they paid in is for other clients to pay in more than they take out.

Here's another thing you would already know if you were really a psychic, we (the anti scam community) are not motivated by hate but I fully understand why you need to pretend we are. We're motivate by compassion for the people who haven't found out yet that they are victims. You lost money in True Vision Global but you might not have if you had read Oz's review of the program over at BehindMLM. You see, long before "Sister Lois" stopped paying we knew she was going to stop paying, each and every program like TVG does and so will SVM Global. Our function is to try and warn your potential victims so that they do not make the same mistake with you that you made with TVG.

That being said I understand completely why you have to pretend we hate you, it's to try and keep your victims from listening to us.

    See ya later Sheila.
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.
You made a killing dealing real estate at NASA selling cemetery plots in outer space til some falling coffins crashed upon your doorstep: Welcome to the human race.

    Open up your heart...

    How strange.

Sheila seems to possess the only plaque of its' type on the 'net.

Google images can't seem to find another one like it.

I know, I looked. AFAIK, it's custom ordered. IMHO it's ordered by her or her relatives. It ain't DOD and it ain't her unit or anything like that. Generally Desert Storm "thank you" plaques were awarded by Kuwait or Saudi Arabia and sometimes by units. This ain't any of those.

Re: SVM Global Initiative - pyramid scheme disguised as charity

I found a transcription of last weeks Sheila V and associates call:

Update for SVM Global Initiative for Monday 18th.

Unfortunately the hate Bloggers are always listening and whilst some good has eventuated out of this never the less they do cause some harm and therefore not all of the information that Sheila would like to share can be communicated.

Sheila chose to be a consultant and to create a consultancy business for a reason and not to develop an affiliate Partner program for herself.

It is very important for us to understand and to get it. This is the last time that Sheila will make any allowances for anybody's misunderstanding, once we launch, this becomes a machine-there will be no more allowances for any misunderstandings.

When you register and pay the fee-you are paying for a Consultancy. This in paying to get into Networking Marketing Company or paying to get into anything else like Jump Start for Me, Sizzle zing etc. You are paying for Sheila and to hear her and her advice as to what to do. You are able to ring her, send email etc. You may or may not like what u hear. If you do not like it you are welcome to leave. If you are a client for a month and do not ask any questions and decide to go into the Market Place and then you continue to wait after the month then the meter has run out and no refund.

SV and A is no longer a Networking Marketing and Matrix Management Consultancy. The amount that you pay is based on what she charges-$110 is for 1 hour. Should you decide to wait for market place to launch and can benefit from that business opportunity- will not be charged. However if your hour is up your money is spent and no refund. The $330 could be a day rate. $990 normally a day -however this will be a week. If you decide what to do -after 5 days to make your decision-if not your money is spent-can remain a client in waiting to go into the market place. However if you decide that you can no longer wait until it launches-you can leave however there is no refund. You have paid for the consultancy. The benefit is that you can be placed into the market Place and indeed into Networking, Marketing programs that are listed as verified I.e Organic Gold etc. There were some mistakes made when entering Legal Shield to perform at its maximum. Sheila will know better how to develop the next companies that we go into-will be a whole new level of service.

So before you get anyone else into this consultancy-there are tremendous packages which maybe available. We are not a Networking Marketing Company or Affiliate Associate Company. It is a company that caters to Military Vets of most countries.

Sheila gets a lot of phone calls, PM's and emails saying they desire a refund. This is not going to happen for the above reasons.

Market Place-you are still required to submit a Product/service-however there will be training so may not be the product that you end up with.

This is a program for people with a Genuine interest in building a business. There will be an Education Program on Professional Development or becoming an Independent Business Owner . You pay the Market Place and the Market Place will pay SV and Associates-they work hand in hand. The Market Place maintains your site -provides support for Affiliate Partners. The Products/services will be be developed for you and promoted in the Market Place. $33 for 5 products is very good value-and you get good Business support. $110 can set you up for life.

Sheila had originally wanted to give refunds until this coming Friday. If a member of a Family wants a refund-not just that person will receive the refund-all of the family will. You can submit a submission if you feel very strongly about getting a refund and it will be a case by case basis. Do this by email

Only those who wish Sheila as a consultancy should stay. The terms are written on the website and you must check the box before submission of your application.

2 2nd Subscription . In subscription1 everyone will receive an Account Manager. . When max out-total in your downline is 340 -the income may be $16k per week. Each and every member is to receive education and business management support from what they are purchasing-not getting to share unless someone deserves it. Everyone will be managed and tracked as to who you are, your product, where you come from etc. There will be an entire floor of account managers who will understand you and wether you as an individual earning $48K per month can go on earning this. On one hand this is for everybody, however you will only advance to 2nd Subscription on merit.

Now that the program is more mainstream-being exactly where Sheila wanted to be supported on a larger scale. It is being funded and run from a network marketing idea.

There is an agreement with some Chinese Businessmen-there is a large support base within the Philippines- now have Asian presence. So if 20 people want a refund this as a drop in the Ocean

The Veterans have also been solidified by the presentations etc.

Elite can now do all 3 Subscriptions together. Will need to pay by Credit card for 2nd and 3rd Subscription

SVM Global Initiative-is what we are doing together to end poverty and Homelessness in the world-it is not an entity and could not be under any investigation.

There is now just the List to do. Looking at a May29 start and June 4th Payout.

Sheila may still need to travel .

    Next update due Next Monday.
    [Full audio link]

I almost feel slighted with how little time she spent complaining about her "haterz" but she needed to spend a whole lot of time explaining why she wasn't giving refunds. The Marketplace "TMktP" has not launched yet so obviously no one is getting paid and it would seem that not everyone is as content with the situation as Ms. Tabarsi would prefer them to be.

I give the person who made the above transcription some credit, they made Sheila's thoughts a lot more linear than she did while speaking. I think i might have cracked to code in translating her into english, Sheila says many thing which directly contradict what she said elsewhere and I believe it's intentional. Perhaps as a carry over from when she was pretending to have psychic powers she will alternate between saying something will not happen, might happen and will happen. After all, when she takes all possible sides on an issue she's bound to be proven correct on one of them.

But then there are things she changes her mind on but I think she's just flat out lying about. So the $33/week level one subscription is a non refundable consulting fee and that SVM Global Initiative is "not a Networking Marketing Company" but also says that "When max[ed] out-total in your downline is 340 -the income may be $16k per week." If SVM Global isn't a multi level marketing company where does that $16K/week come from? Oh right, the 340 people you got to pay in $33/week.

A personal aside to Ms. Tabarsi. Sheila, remember True Vision Global? They were going to help churches and do all manner of good things but “Sister" Lois McQuinn and Charles Andrade ended up running a pyramid scheme and ripping off a hole bunch of people. Didn't you claim to be one of them? Or maybe you only pretended to be:

    TVG.jpg

So Sheila, did you really lose money in TVG or is that just what you tell your downline who really did lose out? Either way what we're trying to do here is help people avoid getting ripped off by you the same way they got ripped off in TVG.

Sheila's next call is in about six hours. [Link]
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.
You made a killing dealing real estate at NASA selling cemetery plots in outer space til some falling coffins crashed upon your doorstep: Welcome to the human race.

GlimDropper, quoting the transcription: "SVM Global Initiative-is what we are doing together to end poverty and Homelessness in the world-it is not an entity and could not be under any investigation."

I guess the SVMers didn't learn from the Zeek Rewards case. Zeek was not an "entity" in an official sense. And yet the investigation into ZeekRewards.com and Zeekler.com through Rex Venture Group -- an "official entity" -- led to one of the largest network-marketing Ponzi- and pyramid prosecutions of all time.

GlimDropper, quoting the transcription: "There is an agreement with some Chinese Businessmen-there is a large support base within the Philippines- now have Asian presence. So if 20 people want a refund this as a drop in the Ocean."

Let's see. "Sovereign citizens" may be among the SVM membership. There was coded discussion about the UFunClub/UToken action in Thailand on a previous SVM call, and it looks very much as though UFun has sucked in folks from multiple nations in Asia.

And now SVM has "an agreement with some Chinese Businessmen" and folks in the Philippines are going to throw in some dough. Because of the presence of Asians, refunds will be a "drop in the Ocean."

It wouldn't sell as a movie.

GlimDropper, quoting the transcription: "Sheila may still need to travel."

Here's hoping she doesn't contract Dengue Fever (JSS Tripler 2) or encounter a violent wind storm such as Hurricane Katrina, which purportedly delayed payouts to members of the World Marketing Direct Selling OneUniverseOnline pyramid scheme targeted at Cambodians who didn't understand English.

I may have missed it but saw nothing about how to just receive money to be 'financially independent'. Again, as with all the other scams like this, they aren't expecting someone who has very little money/no money to hand money over to this right? They would just gladly give money to help someone no strings attached right? And how are they going to convert anything, much less military bases into anything plus pay out money to players? Is she allegedly has 30m sitting there, why does she need anyone's money? lol. I love the obvious questions that no one will ask when getting sucked in. And what happened to bragging about the fake lawyer?

@Whip it's basically a feeder into all the OTHER programs she joined, i.e. TVG, Legal Shield, and Organo Gold.

As the joke goes: poor people need not apply... this is a "self-help" program... you need MONEY to raise yourself out of poverty.

Interesting….Tabarsi finally took off the password protection off her FAQ page on her website.
    FAQs | SVM Global Initiative

At the bottom of the page is NEGATIVE PRESS
Our response to accusations that SVM Global is a scam/Ponzi scheme.

We, of The SVM Global Initiative believe that our plan to END POVERTY is not only brilliant by design, but a master template for business diversification and possibly the world’s best chance of accomplishing our goal within a few short years rather than the decades proposed by leading economists. Our success will mean the end of the great divide between the world’s wealthiest 1% and remaining 99%.

Observers of the SVM Global / Shiela V Tabarsi fiasco will doubtless remember Shiela Vs' boasts of moving into a $7000 a month apartment in one of New Yorks' most prestigious neighbourhoods.

How does that story gel with this little revelation from her latest SVM Global conference call ???

    About Sheila
I am the Founder/CEO of Sheila V. & Associates, LLC, a professional development and business management consulting firm in NY City, Founder/CEO of The Marketplace at SV&A, an educational platform for small business owners to obtain success by doing business online, and Executive Director of The SVM Global Freedom Fund, which provides opportunities for people otherwise incapable of affording the level of service offered by SV&A to become clients so they may all benefit equally.

The SVM Global Initiative is comprised of three business entities established by a single parent and USAF Veteran of the Gulf War who knows what life is like when struggling with homelessness.

Sheila V.'s mission to end poverty and homelessness began 15 years ago. Now joined by over 2,000 business associates worldwide, fulfillment of this dream-come-true hinges on the last $50,000 needed to establish presence in Europe, the Caribbean, India and Africa for full global coverage.

The funding will be used to cover travel expenses, operating expenses, advertising and payroll for four new employees in each country listed above.

Once funding is in place and the off-shore offices are established, a new business system designed to provide total support for people in need of assistance to become financially independent and successful business entities (small business owners, independent contractors, distributors and free-lance professionals) will be implemented.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars have already been spent in research and development of the business model needed to make this global endeavor work, and people have been lining up for two years to be among the first to benefit. Over 200,000 are expected to sign up within the first six months post launch, marking the beginning of the end of poverty in every community worldwide until it no longer exists.

Never heard anything like this happen before. Good people in SVM, YOU are the only funding source and the only offshore transactions Sheila is going to be doing involve a plane and someplace without extradition.

Sending more money in hopes of getting back what you have already LOST is a mugs game. Best explain your situation to these folks Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home and any other agency that will listen.

    sheilav@sheilavandassociates.com

On our last conference call given Monday, August 10th at 9pm, we revealed our current status on the funds available to complete our launch process. Three out of four of the sources signed to provide the last $50,000 needed to payout commissions were sadly unreliable.

    Therefore our options are:

#1) Wait patiently another 6 to 8 weeks allowing me to develop relations with new funding sources,

    or

#2) Raise the monies needed for me to complete my offshore banking transactions and complete our launch process ourselves.

I believe we will be equally successful given both options, however option 2 has the advantage of keeping us to our current timeline and completing payouts as early as Friday August 21st or late as August 28th.

Click the link below for more information on how we intend to meet our funding goals:

I haven't devoted much of my attention to Sheila V. Tabarsi and SVM Global Initiative. The very premise of her matrix-come-charity-come-get-rich-quick-scheme is so preposterous, I am sure we would all prefer to believe that no one would be stupid enough to send her any money.

However, going back over decades, it occurs to me that some of the most long-lived scammers (even if they never really make any money) are those that have the capacity to get the most long-winded in their presentations; it's like they believe that if they can just baffle people with massive overdoses of bullsh*t, that the average sucker won't have the attention span to see the reality filtering through.

Clayton L. Parker of "The Believer's Trust", Ken Labine as he feverishly promotes the "OneCoin" SCAM and Sheila Tabarsi all take the path of keeping the stream of crap coming via long-winded web pages and excruciatingly long conference calls that leave a listener so numb their recall of what was said becomes obscured.

Although it seems obvious that Ms. Tabarsi is not going to be raking in any significant sum of money regardless of how many phony attorneys, senators, Attorneys General and bankers she claims to have supporting her, I wanted to preserve a small sample of an April 14th hour and thirty-seven minute conference call that she hosted.

In this slightly over four-minute segment I transcribed, Sheila addresses the issue of a few rogue followers who read BehindMLM's review of her SCAM and who got alarmed and tried to share the review with the rest of Sheila's group. The logic at 46:40 is particularly mind-numbing:

    43:45 Sheila
"The thing is, is that I was going ... that was ... if ever they wanted to come back and us forgive them, I wasn't going to do it and make that decision on my own because the things that they have done have affected all of us, but I was going to go ahead and talk to everybody and say come ... you know, come on guys, let's really consider bringing Larue and Pam back ... let's, let's look at the effect of, what, what are we trying to accomplish here? And to accomplish our goal and focus on that instead of what they've done in the past, and instead, I wake up, I walk in here and Pam and Larue and Sandy and Video have been, you know, have taken, you know, this mlm, uh, this review and they were PMing it to people all over the place and that's just pathetic, I mean that just really, really shows the quality of their person. You know? Six months later ... They try to steal my company, and my clients, and then six months later they're still being nasty attacking us, you know? so ... like we did something wrong, so let's just move on. Well we're moving on ... but I just ... it's easy to say let's move on, however ... people were contacted today. We have moved on! We actually have moved on! We have moved on so much that I was gonna invite them back, but people were contacted individually today and my phone blew up all day today because of how upset people were from being contacted by them. So, but anyways ... anyway I just wanted to let everybody know that yes, I did in fact steal that link this morning and I shared that with you, so if they hadn't done this, this additional attack, they would probably be a part of us right now" [garbled]

    45:36 Caller:
"Do you think that maybe, they are kind of feeling like uh, they wish they were back in the program, and uh, this is their way of acting out like children do and maybe, and maybe if they called and just you know apologized, would you let them back in?"

    45:58 Sheila
"No. No, absolutely not. Um, this is still part of, which is really really sad. This is part of ... if they can get away with ... if they can uh, undermine our effort, then they're hoping that I won't win in the lawsuit against them, the Federal case against them for trying to, you know, destroy my business and on and on. There is like a list of charges against them. The Federal Attorney has like a list of charges against each, you know, against them for everything that they did; defame, defamation of character and destruction of my company and on and on and on and loss of wages and loss of income and loss of business and on and on and the list goes on quite a bit but
[46:40] if my company is regarded as a fraud and it is turned upside down, then those charges won't hold when I take them to court. You know what I mean? You can't ... It's almost like charging someone for stealing a stolen car. The car's already been stolen so how can you charge people for stealing it again? They were just ... you know what I mean? It was just uh-uh somebody let them borrow a car, but that person that let them borrow the car was the person who stole the car. You can't do it, it's almost like a double jeopardy thing. So, um, that's why they did what they are doing. They're still trying to take us down so that we don't have enough of a case, um, to sue them for for what they did back in November. Which is sad because if they had cut it out and if they had just been the spiritual, Godly christians that they claimed themselves to be, um, you know? and prayed and give thanks to spirit and had attitudes and gratitudes and been humble about it I would have invited them back in to the company and we'd be right back where we were and we'd be launching, you know what I mean? And Larue would have all of that information all that work done inside of two or three days and we would just keep going and I would just simply deal with this Michael Turton guy ... but, anyway ... whatever, the spirit didn't want them back. The spirit didn't want them back; they don't deserve it ... so it just is what it is, it's not on me. I'm not making this place"

If that isn't entertaining enough for you (or tortuous, depending on your level of patience), fast-forward the call to 1:19:00 through 1:23:15, where a self described "involved in world-shaking affairs including the global currency reset with many connections in the international banking arena, in law and military" guy named Malcolm from Saskatchewan (a wannabe "sovereign citizen") calls in to let her know that the "four major banks" who are assisting him with a "multi-multi-billion-dollar company" (un-named, but obviously UFun/UToken) had decided through their boards of directors that this "joker" blogger (Oz, BehindMLM) had attacked their fine, upstanding companies. Priceless.
