Want to manipulate your downline like they are a bunch of ten-year-olds? Then treat them like ten-year-olds. Team Inspirit recently held a cut and paste party, where their downline was encouraged to build "dream boards". Grown men and women actually cut pictures of airplanes, houses, and cars, out of magazines and pasted them to poster boards. I assume they will go home and hang these pieces of fine art on their refrigerators.

    Mom will be so proud!

Then he gets into a "bullshit MLM" / Network Marketing business otherwise known as Evolv. He got a lot of people in quick. They would sign-up order product, Grantham would give them product and then they would bail and the product would stack up in the garage. Most of the 90 total in his downline organization (insert snicker here) decided MLM sucks and they quit. He claims they got no training. Grantham ends up with a failing team that isn't doing anything, so he dumps and jumps to Empower Network. The end result is he ended up where he started in Evolv (broke and inebriated perhaps???) Certainly he was never and will never be a multi-million dollar earner!!

Perhaps ViSalus will be the answer?

Don't forget what lying scammer (now marketing doof for Autonation) Jack Weinzierl cooked up:

    Attachment 182

Scammers Don Grantham and Weinzierl bailed the Evolv Titanic. Don Grantham's horrendous case of zero disease is obviously acute judging from his latest fictitious earning claims.

I am looking to build a strong Visalus UK team with Network Marketing, Multi Level Marketing, Direct Sales experience or an extreme passion for sharing health and wellness to join me where I will work with you and coach you personally. I will teach you how to earn a five figure income (plus) per month. Be the first to not only be a part of something that is going to take your country by storm and rock the Network Marketing world but will also be a once in a lifetime opportunity to be mentored by myself and my team. Serious inquiries only and this is only open to those not already involved with anyone from ViSalus.
    Attachment 1510Attachment 1511

All these years as a multi-million dollar earner (thanks again to serial scammer and liar from hell - Jack Weinzierl) and now claiming himself that he knows how to mentor folks to a five figure income a month and he lives in these digs in the boonies in Texas???

Evolv, ViSalus and all the rest are the playground of liars and scammers!

    0000.1 = five figures

    1.0000 = five figures

He's not lying, it's just that nobody here is fluent in "weaselspeak"

It is a good time to remind all those faithful Evolvers paying in and watching all their hard earned money trickle up to the top of pyramid goons just how this works. Fake multi-billionaire and fraud Trey White set this up. His friends are at the top of the heap, making the big bucks and getting the cars. Larry Seegar is such as scuzz he testified in court on behalf of the long gone top goon Jack Weinzierl while they were conning the warm Evolv marks together. Weinzierl was sued by one of the many victims of his adjudicated pyramid scam Advantage Conferences. This elderly victim was out well over $13,000.00. Larry Seegar was worried about making sure Evolv flowed on no matter what happened to the victims.

While Trey White's friends continue to rake it in, Weinzierl (who was floundering in chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008) and Grantham (desperate and destitute living in a shack in the sticks of Texas) had to drop out as they weren't making money in this scam. If they were struggling think how the legions of recruits on the bottom of the towering pyramid are doing. 97% or more are losing money to pay the top of pyramid promoters. Why join the losers???

Evolv must be really dead in the water. Team Inspirit hasn't bothered to update their Leader page in over 3 years. Scammers Jack Weinzierl, Don Grantham and many more bailed this Titanic long ago!

"In 2009, after 10 years in the direct sales industry and after witnessing a sea of 'me-too' products, we decided to leave the industry. Quite frankly, we had lost hope. Our belief in the model was still at our core, but we simply had not found the right company and leadership. That was until we partnered with Evolv and Garrett and Sylvia McGrath. The servant leadership culture within Team Inspirit is a blessing and Evolv had me at 'Give.'
"This Evolv business and our product are so much bigger than any one of us. It is not only an opportunity but a responsibility to share with millions who are thirsty in this economic desert. Our hope as entrepreneurs has been restored and our passion is reignited.
"A key success factor for us is we are simply looking for what we can get to people; not for what we can get from them. We have an incredible gift in our hands. Our team reflects excellence in all they do. We work for them and will always lead by example by our personal production. We cannot ask them to do something that we are not doing.
"People are simply waiting to see if you have the leadership and consistency that they want to follow. They don't want to follow a 'quitter' or a 'try-er.' They are looking for true leadership and 'DO-ers.' We are honored to be DO-ers of the Word and this business.

Sleazy scammer Jack Weinzierl was certainly kissing the a$$ of the wrong fake billionaire.
    Plaintiff's attorneys' say:
Duggins Wren Mann & Romero, LLP Wins $36M Judgment

In an investor derivative lawsuit styled Michael Pottorff and Monica Fabbio et al. vs. Roscoe F. “Trey” White, III and White Ventures Energy, LLC, Dallas County Court Judge Ken Tapscott, on Friday, February 28, 2014, ruled for Plaintiffs on various breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud claims against Defendants awarding damages in excess of $36 million. Plaintiffs were represented by Bill Johnson and Adrian Ciechanowicz of the Austin law firm of Duggins Wren Mann & Romero, LLP.

In a lengthy ruling, the court found White Ventures liable for breach of contract and Trey White liable for breach of fiduciary duty. The court also found “that Trey White’s actions and omissions were the result of and constituted gross negligence, willful misconduct, and fraud.” In addition to contractual damages, interest, and attorney fees, the court ordered disgorgement of profits in the amount of $20,424,604 and exemplary damages in the amount of $4,708,736.

Shyster Trey White claims a net worth of -$(1,018,919)

EvolvHealth - Billionaire Founder Trey White on the roots of Evolv

    EvolvHealthWater

This fraudster isn't anywhere close to a billionaire. The appeals court finds him worth $4,215,115.

Trey White claims to the court:
EvolvHealth had about 10,000 distributors and thirty-five executives and was planning on launching skin care products, White testified that it was in a “distressed state,” and its value had decreased from $5 million as of December 31, 2013 to $0 in March 2014 following a failed sale.
Typical MLM run by a lying con artist that is imploding leaving the 97% or more losing their shirts on a complete frost! MD Anderson had to sue to get their good name removed from the solicitations for this worthless snake oil. All MLMs are scams!!!

More liars and frauds. They had Jack Weinzierl singing their praises and hanging all over them as he made a fool out of himself chasing Trey White around. If they have built organizations of over 100,000, how come Evolv only has 10,000 reps according to fake billionaire Trey White???

Here is some pure crap the fake billionaire filed in court. Um, not too smart to be telling your recruits how wildly successful you are when you are telling a judge your net worth is negative. Anyone coming out of the Koolaid that needs an attorney in the Dallas area, please let me know!

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

“We are delighted to bring this highly experienced and successful team to Evolv,” said Trey White, founder and chairman of EvolvHealth. “Team Inspirit has impressed us beyond words. Garrett and Sylvia McGrath and the team members we’ve met so far are top-notch, and we look forward to building a billion-dollar company together.”

“After reviewing many options, Team Inspirit finally found a home with Evolv,” said Garrett McGrath. “Our leadership team conducted an exhaustive analysis of more than 100 companies in the industry and, after meeting the management team and examining the Evolv product and compensation plan, our team voted unanimously to partner with Evolv in building the next billion-dollar company in network marketing.” Added McGrath, “Industry experts with whom we counseled could not believe a leadership team of this size could freely vote and reach a unanimous decision, but with Evolv we are 100% on board. We all believe Evolv will be the next giant in the industry – it has no competition.”
"Evolv is already changing so many lives,” said Sylvia McGrath. “The product testimonials are miraculous. Evolv is not a ‘me-too’ product; it is unlike anything else we’ve seen in 100 different companies. Both the product and the business are potentially life-changing. Our goal is to help 100 people make over a million dollars per year within three years.”
Billion dollars or 0 / zero dollars. LOL!!!!

    Good Day Mr. ,

I am writing on behalf of Trey White to kindly request the removal of the below copied link due to the ongoing damages caused to Mr. White's reputation and business.

Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

Mr. White has worked hard to cultivate and maintain a positive reputation and pleads for your empathy and understanding in considering this request.

We thank you for your time and attention to this very important matter. If I may be of assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Sincerely,

    V
I had to do a double take. This lawyer is most hilariously trying to suggest that Trey White wants to go straight. Now, that is truly funny. We do not remove postings unless there are provably false statements of fact or court orders. At least this lawyer was very respectful and smart enough not to make any phony threats.

The statute of limitations for defamation, libel and slander in Texas is 1 year. So, nothing in this thread would be fair game to begin with since Texas has adopted the single publication rule. And, as Trey White is at least a limited public figure if not public figure, the standard for him to touch anyone that has written or spoken about him is quite high. If White was smart he would simply crawl under a rock never to be heard from again.

Those videos where he stands next to clueless and desperate Evolv reps that are introducing him as a multi-billionaire while he grins in agreement should haunt that dirty b*stard forever!

Time to take a fresh look at the Evolv scam and its scammer-in-chief!

This is what the Federal Appeals Court determined the net worth of the Fake Multi-billionaire to be:

    3. Analysis
The trial court’s finding of White’s net worth accepted as true White’s statement in his December 31, 2013 financial statement that his personal effects were worth $250,000 and his investment property was worth $30,000. The court also accepted as true White’s March 15, 2014 financial statement to the extent it reported $35,221 in cash and $12,244,617 in liabilities. The court, however, rejected White’s March 2014 valuation of his residence based on the lack of

comparable sales and determined the value to be $8,471,200 applying a per acre rate. The court also rejected White’s valuation of his interest in Tri-Properties as reflected in the March 2014 statement—$5,335,477—and determined it was worth $11,060,068 based on a 99% ownership interest, evidence that EvolvHealth’s worth as of December 31, 2013 was $5,000,000, and testimony showing that, based on a per acre rate, the Dalgreen Property was worth $2,064,000.
As the fact finder, the trial court was the sole judge of the witnesses’ credibility and was free to accept in part and reject in part the proffered testimony. See Houser, 204 S.W.3d at 841. This is exactly what the trial court did with respect to the testimony regarding the valuation of White’s residence, the Dalgreen Property, and EvolvHealth. These are findings this Court cannot disturb. Id. Accordingly, to the extent White complains of the evidence to support these findings, we overrule his complaint......
Considering White a sixty-nine percent owner in Tri-Properties, the value of his interest is $7,708,532. That amount added to White’s other $8,751,200 in assets totals $16,459,732. Subtracting White’s $12,244,617 in liabilities from that amount, his net worth is $4,215,115.
