Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"

With USI-Tech in its' death throes, expect its' pimps and promoters to flood the 'net with increasingly outrageous lies as they try desperately to protect their (illegal) income.

Tonight, we bring you examples of USI-Tech hype vs reality

    First, the hype:

    The reality

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

And the BS from USI-TECH continues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DR9V3F9ASno

I especially loved the part about "secret spy" and money moved to a secure location (meaning members are screwed), and it seems that Horst doesn't think much of Australia. And the members still believe this BS. Sad.

Even moreso, its regular income unless the BTC you converted was held for 18 months prior to cashing it in, or spending it.

Secure location means anonymous numbered accounts in criminal banking centers.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"

Personally I don't think any of them will show up and enter into a discussion with any of us because they don't have the gonads to do so. They can't delete any posts they don't like; they know their BS wouldn't stand up here like it does with their clueless members; they really don't want to admit why no response to the Texas Cease and Desist Order; how they think they can deny the Texas and other states actions and do business like nothing has happened in the US; why the audit is not done; why there is no withdrawal button; why members in other countries are not being paid; why there are so many class-action lawsuits against them and their major promoters filed; why the Canadian Provincial authorities have issued all their warnings; and that is just for starters.

They will just hide behind their attorneys said we can't answer anything to anyone, discussion over. Their attorneys won't show either because they are afraid that the US Attorneys may be reading the thread due to their stiffing the Texas Securities Commissioner in responding. They know the members of USI will be reading the thread and they will be royally PO'd they would answer questions here and not theirs. It is a no-win for them and they know it.

After having said all of this, I do hope they do come and post. Just not holding my breath they will. They have way too much to lose.

The ponzi pimp rats are scrambling off the sinking USI-Tech ship.
    This guy calls them out.

Calls out these turds who stressed taking out loans for USI-Tech.
Comments are great on this video.

Unsurprisingly, there are some extremely angry people who no longer believe a word being spoken by the criminals behind the USI-Tech fraud.

This con artist Mike Hobbs leaves out that not only did he encourage the rubes to take out loans for the USI-Tech scam but breaking it down for them.

Mike Hobbs said the worst case was making loan payments for 10 years !

What an ASSHAT. Needs his own scammer thread.

Uh Mike, the "space" of which you should refer is actually the NETWORK MARKETING MLMing PONZI PIMPING THEFT RING SPACE. The vehicle/service/product you chose to use to rip off people is neither here nor there.

He is truly a pike of steaming dung. Oh yeah, stupid as hell too.

Love the 'ol "don't invest more than you can lose" while encouraging people to take out loans. Uh, so that means don't borrow more than you can pay back I guess?

He didn't have to write several paragraphs in his sob story, all he had to say is "I'm stupid, I promote scams to make money off of suckers, and I fail. If you take my advice, you're stupid too."

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"

Does anyone else find it ironic that if instead of any of these crazy mlm psuedo BTC backed internet ponzi schemes into supposedly investing in BTC, if the pikers had just dropped a grand into BTC, paid what, $50 in fees, and had the good luck to time it about right, they could have made a decent little box of chips?

I mean, really. No business model based on being the best way to get into BTC is ever going to make more sense to me than, if that's what you want to invest in, just buying a position in BTC from a more or less reputable exchange.

I'm being told that Mike is still promoting Crypto Wealth Evolution. Wonder if he'll apologise to his victims from that too?
