Sharon James is such a manly woman. She's awful smug for someone who was forced to downgrade and move out of the house she was living in when Traffic Monsoon got busted by the SEC. She lived with her son until she could afford to get her own place again...

As a general rule at this point in a scam victims will be approached by multiple parties offering to help get their money back. Personally, I wouldn't pay anyone dime one in advance on the illusion of recovery. If someone wants to try and recover money on your behalf and take a cut let them have at it. That is of course if the SEC doesn't move in and appoint a receiver.
In a reloading scam, a victim is repeatedly approached by con artists, often until "sucked dry". This form of fraud is perpetrated on those more susceptible to pressure after the first losses, perhaps because of hopes to recover money previously invested, perhaps because of inability to say "no" to a con man. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reloading_scam

This is exectly what a ponzi pimp looks like....pimping another scam on the heels of the USI scam....so f'ing unethical!
"We now have a crypto mining program that is EASIER than USI.
A program that pays you EVERY THREE HOURS, 7 days a week!
The company mines multiple crypto currencies 24/7 and pays you the euro value for the mined coins, then they trade the mined coins for Bitcoin and pay you again on any profits they make in the trading pool.
Pays you daily - every 3 hours - automatic bitcoins !
The mining is automatic for 7 different cryptos. They are Ethereum, Burst, Game Credit, Dash, ZCash, Nem, and Monero. Then the mining profits are converted into Bitcoins. All automatic - every three hours!
Unique Mining Pools.
Our pools mine 7 crypto currencies 24/7 and our software switches resources automatically to ensure you always get the best return.
Fast Results.
As soon as your account is set up we'll add the resources that you've purchased into the pools and you'll start seeing results within hours.
Network Marketing.
Our powerful hybrid compensation plan allows you to earn even more money by sharing Power Mining Pool with others if you choose to do so - BUT not required. You can be completely passive if you wish.
Daily Payments
Every day our system automatically deposits your earnings in Euros into your ewallet and you can withdraw at any time to your bitcoin wallet.
It's very simple because your mining rigs are already set up and running.
Register for free - Choose a plan to fit your budget - Activate your account.
Cost to start is only 50 Euros per unit (about $60 USD). I started with 50 units (Maximum for beginning), but you can start with whatever amount you are comfortable with - from one unit to 50.
As soon as you've activated your account you can start to earn from mining alt coins with our cloud mining service!
A few hours after you begin your first earnings will show in your account - then every three hours after that.
Every 50 Euro share you purchase will earn you €70. The time that this takes to happen is wholly dependent on the success of the mining and currency exchange which is managed automatically for you by the system.
If you choose to share Power Mining Pool with others you will earn affiliate commissions paid through 10 levels of referrals. These commissions are paid on all pool share sales - including repurchases.
If you have a downline following in USI, those people will gladly follow you into the mining pool.
A little preparation now - a little foundation building - can make a fantastic difference in what will happen and what you will accomplish during 2018.
You just may be able to change your life forever.
Your financial freedom that you desire is achievable!
So is your time freedom.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
So if the company makes money every three hours mining coins, tell me again why they need me to send them money??
I've never heard a good answer to that question.
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Here we go again.
It's MAP all over again.
* Company pulls out of the USA
* Pimps go into overdrive putting out videos.
* "Don't panic", "Don't report to the authorities", "it's for your own good" "would I lie to you"
* Newbies fall for it
* Company fades into oblivion
* By the time newbies wake up to the fact they've been shafted, the owners and leaders have either disappeared or moved on to the next scheme

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
I found it interesting that none of the so-called guru's of USI-TECH from the US & Canada haven't realized that USI-TECH has instructed them to commit a felony and possibly several felonies. USI-TECH in the letter to their affiliates have acknowledged criminal acts have been committed and then they instruct their US & Canadian members to destroy evidence. And the crazy part is they are doing it.
In case anyone missed it, here is what USI-TECH told their reps in the US and Canada to do, and I quote: "We would also like to point out as a result of the above termination, effective immediately you must destroy and/or take offline all websites, landing pages, social media sites/chat groups (e.g. Facebook,YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram pp) or other online advertising material relating to the direct sales of our goods, software, other services and /or our direct sales concept....." And these are supposed to be the brightest and smartest people going, and highly successful Internet Marketers.
As for really terminating all US & Canadian members is a lie. All they have to do is setup an offshore account and they can continue trucking along. It is all pseudo-compliance hoping the SEC won't take action. In fact in their missive USI claims by taking this action it will stop any investigation, which is a lie; but the suckers bought it hook. line and sinker. Makes you shudder at the intelligence level of all parties doesn't it. Just typical Ponzi speak and smoke and mirrors.

Attorney Josh is back with another video. Affiliates hoping and praying the haters weren't right would be well served carving out an hour to watch. Especially the part where USI Tech hasn't done anything to challenge the Cease and Desist Order in Texas, shocking I know.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_lY6HjZ9XI
As informative as I found the last one, what I can't say is why Attorney Josh is doing these videos. USI Tech money is probably long gone, if it wasn't wasted on cocaine, cars, and commissions I'd wager a fortune it isn't in the US. Only a government body would have the ability to attempt to recover it if offshore. Remembering too that some countries despise the US as much as Ponzi promoters the SEC. Could certainly rack up some hefty legal fees for a big old goose egg.
It does give us some time for attorney memes.

The Office of Guams' Attorney General has entered into the fiasco caused by Senator Tommy Robinsons' apparent endorsement of the USI-Tech ponzi scheme and his administering a USI-Tech related Facebook group by releasing an official warning specifically mentioning USI-Tech and urging Guam residents to exercise caution when investing.

If I was a USI-Tech victim, I would be a bit depressed if Joshua R. Kotter was my only avenue to pursue legal action.
I found his willingness to drone on for 41 minutes disorganized, especially when (@ 30:00-30:40) he struggled to recall that "Howey" is the go-to case for defining securities:
"The famous case, uh, that-that relates to that test, uh, if memory serves correctly is called the Howey case. Um, I believe that's correct. I'd have to verify that."
Ouch.
