Not only that, but if they can pay 5% per week, as they claim, they could get a bank loan at 5% per year to do their good works. Of course they can't get a bank loan or they would have done it already. But this is not a HYIP! :RpS_lol:

Funny you should say that, I was thinking they could borrow on a credit card or do a hard money loan from Roman Novak and still walk away with a stack of cash.
I like poking on some of the sites that list businesses for sale. Most of the time asking seems high based on cash flow, and add sixty hours a week of sweat to get at the cash.
No where outside of HYIP is anyone selling $300 in cash for $100, with a management team in place. At least not without a smirk on their face.

EagleOne, You're Very Welcome! I will try to keep everyone updated on the news about WorldWide SolutionZ (WWSz).
A friend sent me an email via Gmail regarding "A Real GEM of an Opportunity" on March 6th, 2014. This is how I found "WorldWide SolutionZ" website. Then later I go to their website to have a look at this so called investment opportunity. Then I have created an account at WorldWide SolutionZ and become a WWSz member since March 7th 2014. But I was still skeptical about WorldWide SolutionZ.
I saw another member's post #4736 in the Worldwidesolutionz - Worldwidesolutionz.com thread at MMG Forum.

I have read WWSz's reply stating "We have never received any money from Ezybonds. All of the money that our members sent to Ezybonds to fund their WWSz accounts has been stuck at Ezybonds from the start".
I think this is one of the proof that WWSz Support is lying to their member(s) by stating that they have never received funds from their member(s).
I also did some research about email agreement.
Can an email agreement be a binding contract?

There are 2 questions that I would like to ask below that I'm not sure about.
1) I wonder is the above email a separate Terms and Conditions (Members Agreement) besides the one at WWSz website or is it part of the Terms and Conditions (Members Agreement) at WWSz website?
2) If the other party (in this case the members) does not respond by e-mail accepting the terms or signing the contract, then does it mean that there is no valid contract formed?
In the "Terms and Conditions (Members Agreement)" and the "Important Payment Processor, Western Union and Personal Bank Transaction Information" email, I can't find where they say they cannot pay members' funds to another payment processor. I think this maybe another proof that WWSz Support is lying to their member(s) again.
I'm glad I did not invest any money into WWSz's The Life Jacket Program after reading some of your posts and other member's post at MMG Forum.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
in regard to your first question, it appears that they are two separate membership agreements. One for the Email and one for WWS. I say this because WWS is trying to claim they have no responsibility for what happened with EzyBonds. I totally disagree with this as WWS made EzyBonds available to their members as a payment source and are jointly responsible. WWS and EzyBonds should have an agreement on how disputes of this kind are settled. It is unclear if WWS is even trying to resolve this. I know they say they are, but there is no proof they are. You also have to understand that WWS has a lot of things stated in their membership agreement that are total lies. Example, they say you are not investing in WWS when you clearly are in the Life Jacket and kickstart program.
As for your second question, it is a legal question and that is going to require the services of an attorney to answer. Hope this helped.
I think Ethan Vanderbilt just posted a video pointing out how much of a scam WWSz is. Yet another charity-income-scheme, this one from South Africa, of all places.
I don't think Camille will be too happy with my reply to her comments on Ethan's video link. I am looking forward to her replying as I am sure it will contain nothing but facts. (cough, cough)
Still trying to confirm, but if what I am hearing is true, things are not going swimmingly for WWS moving to a PMA. They have to get this totally under their control to try and cover up the looming payment problems the members are going to start experiencing. It's why they don't want anyone posting on forums or blogs to keep the public from knowing of their problems.
Not only did Camille not respond to my response to her, she has now taken down her comments from Ethan's video link. She must have been taken to the woodshed by Marelize. But this is a real, legal and TRANSPARENT company.
Word on the street is that Marelize is now saying the South African Reserve Bank is what is holding up larger payouts, and that all the key personnel to approve their being able to do so won't be back until after the first of the year.
For those of you who don't understand Ponzi speak, let me interpret: We can't pay out more because we don't have the money to do so, and are lucky to be able to pay what we are paying you. We have to blame the bank because if we didn't you would figure it out that it is us that is the problem, and we can't have that known to our members.
There is no way the SA Reserve Bank would allow "ALL" their "KEY" people to be on vacation from now until after the first of the year. The banking authorities would shut them down if they did. It is just Marelize blowing smoke out her arse and talking out of both sides of her mouth.
Sadly too many members bought her BS. Some never learn, but some are going to learn the hard way.
So, here we are and STILL no payments from WWS for, what is it, seven or eight weeks, now.
It turned out to be a smart move by Marelize banning members from posting on the usual suspect forums and setting her own private forum.
That way no one can see the complaining that's going on as members begin to realize they've been had
The latest from Marelize:
Dear WorldWide SolutionZ Members,
As you all know by now, we have been struggling to get compliance taken care of with the Reserve Bank from early 2014 with very little progress. We have now received instructions of the first phase of information needed from all members and while this process is being dealt with the website and business will be closed down as we are not allowed to trade while the business is under investigation and reconciliation is being done. Some of you will see refunds added to your funding processor as we progress.
Please send us the following required by the Reserve Bank very urgently:
Full names and last name and proof of identity
Registration numbers and papers for businesses if you had a business registered with us
Proof of residence, must be physical address and postal address
Reason (relationship) for doing business with WorldWide SolutionZ
Denomination of funds sent to WWSz for Registrations, Life Jackets and other transactions
Total out of pocket funds added to WorldWide SolutionZ Life Jacket Account, proof of funding attached
Proof of income used to fund WorldWide SolutionZ accounts (where did the money come from ie, salaries, savings, loans, etc)
Confirmation that membership agreement was read, understood and accepted
Confirmation that Private Membership Agreement and Articles of association was read, understood and accepted
Confirmation that the member has not been offered and does not own shares in WorldWide SolutionZ at this point in time.
Please send the above mentioned requirements very urgently to help us speed up the process. Send to compliance@worldwidesolutionz.com
Kindly note that effective immediately, WorldWide SolutionZ will no longer be conducting business. The Skype groups and Social Media groups will be closed to further comments at this time. We will not be available for direct communication via skype, mail, phone, social media or any other means of communication. Please direct all enquiries to: resolutionllb@gmail.com

I would give anything to read the answers to this question: Reason (relationship) for doing business with WorldWide SolutionZ
Wonder how many will put down to make 5% per week for doing nothing?
Kindly note that WorldWide SolutionZ will no longer be conducting business, effective immediately. Please refer to the email sent to all members on January 15, 2015. Please direct all enquiries to resolutionllb@gmail.com
He's located in South Africa, so they shouldn't be expecting American legal advice from him, either.
I just want everyone to know that I am the sole reason why WWS is no longer. Yes, nwillis at MMG said, and I quote:
It's all your fault. I didn't fund the money once I saw you were attacking the program. I knew you would eventually bring it down with your constant blue negativity giving everyone the blues. I bet if people like you minded their own business these programs would succeed and we would all experience the wealth.
So in essence he is glad that I was the reason why he didn't invest in WWS, but mad because I was the reason why he didn't invest in WWS. Good grief!
With comments like these sometimes I wonder why not just take up stealing.Quote:

And to prove the old adage: "There are none so blind as those who will not see" is as true today as it was when said by John Heywood back in 1546, Marelize' announcement is immediately followed by:

People believe in these money fantasies... because they think they don't have enough, and want more, and believe there are easy ways to get them.
In a way, they're a bit like cancer patients, who insist on trying pseudoscience woo treatments instead of treatments that are statistically proven to at least prolong their life for years, if not outright remission.
The main difference though... cancer patients really have terminal disease... but being less than financially independent is hardly "terminal".
The latest on WWS and from Marelize criminal attorney, Carlo Viljoen, comes this gem:
From
Advocate Carlo Viljoen
Dear Mr xxx,
We thank you for your patience and assure you that Marelize has only the best intentions herein, WWS currently has been found not to be in with compliance in terms of the banking requirements which will take some time to sort out.
WWS is NOT being investigated nor has it been closed down by any government or other entity, WWS has stopped trading voluntarily in order to prevent any loses to the clients.
It was decided to stop trading in order to safeguard the clients, until such time when the issue has been addressed, we cannot commit to a time frame on how long it will take at this time it seems that we are looking at an extended time, and thus the decision to stop trading was made.
In order for us to facilitate your refund we need you to send us all the required documents, please. With regard to Points, 9 and 10 you may simply send us a email that Confirms that the membership agreement was read by you, understood and accepted and that the Private Membership Agreement and Articles of association was read by you, understood and accepted and that you have not been offered and does not own shares in WorldWide SolutionZ at this point in time.
In addition kindly forward us proof of funds that you have PAID TO (seed money ) WorldWide SolutionZ Life Jacket Account to date ( this is essential , NOT money earned at WWS ).
We need latest three months proof of income.
Kindly note that we are dealing with a huge volume of clients herein and our instruction is to deal with each one individually that our correspondence with you will not be immediate.
Kind regards
Now what was truly interesting in his comments was 'TRADING?" Of course the authorities are not investigating, and that's why Marelize hired you a criminal attorney.
