#1: WWSz Update of 2-16-15

WWSz Members,

We deal with everything we know about, and then when something new comes along or we learn something we didn’t know about before we deal with that too and just keep going.

STP and Ezybonds

Solid Trust Pay is addressing compliance for South Africa and has disabled South African accounts accordingly (see screenshot). Beginning April, we will send the offers to those going forward with us. Each qualified individual will receive private communication regarding the offers available to him or her. This will be done starting with the oldest accounts and moving to the newest accounts. All instructions will be in the email sent with the contracts. Good Morning and Happy Wednesday to All!

Yes we are still here and still working day and night to get back on track...

Just a quick note to say that after weeks of hard work and perseverance, we do finally see a light at the end of the looooong tunnel! We can also see that there is still some distance to cover before all is ready for relaunch, but I’m here to tell you - WE ARE DOING THIS!

We are doing this despite all obstacles. We are doing this despite delays - even those delays caused by some of our own members. We are doing this despite mistreatment by our own members and others.

WE ARE HERE TO STAY due to - and thanks to - the strong and caring support of members in numbers larger than what could have brought us down. WE ARE HERE, AND WE ARE DOING THIS!!!

I am sorry that it is taking so long to get through this. You know me, I’d like to just get everything done in an instant and move on, but this process involves working with institutions and entities that have their own way of doing things, and their own timetables - and sometimes it seems unfolding steps within steps within steps. We are plugging along though, making progress towards that light!

The next update will include the 3 contracts (that will seperately follow the update and instructions) and will require A LOT OF READING. So watch for that and get ready to devote a chunk of time to read everything and follow the instructions!

We have all experienced a thousand bad breaks in our lifetime and WWSz running into snags now has become a bad break too, for which I am very sorry, but we are working on it and together we will get through it.

Please let’s not use all of our bad breaks in life as excuses to be negative or stubborn. Let’s remember it only takes one good break to make up for all the bad breaks, and good breaks only come with perseverance, commitment, care, hard work and teamwork.

As always, we will continue to be honest and straightforward in line with information we have available. We will not try to make things sound better than they are. There has been a lot of delays, and a lot of damage caused by members who reported us to entities - some not even involved in anything we have to do with - and a lot coming from entities we never even heard of (for which I am thankful as we learn and grow) but, that we now have to work with to get WWSz compliant and safe worldwide for all our members to enjoy and feel safe in.

It is not easy. It is not going to be easy and it is heartbreaking for me, but I will not give up as long as I have people standing by me - my boys, the people helping me behind the scenes, the financial help and Advocate Viljoen, and so the list continues. I wish to have some day to spend time to name and credit each one of you by name and act….. THANK YOU.

BUT I have to admit, the rude emails and people going off in their own direction and not taking into account what their actions are doing not only to me and WWSz but also other members - that is starting to take its toll, still we will not stand back or give up, we are now closing accounts daily which I never wanted to have to do. This process Step by Step will take as long as it takes, but if we work together we can save time.

I am so sorry for the people helping and doing their part, those who signed and adhered to all the processes we needed help with, reconfirmed acceptance of the PMA and other Contracts and Agreements given during registration who have to suffer the consequences of those who have chosen to behave badly instead of honouring their own word and cause damage instead of helping, I am sorry.

Now we all have to do our part to shake off pessimism, discouragement and self-pity.

Now let’s get busy with STEP 3!

We’ve come through Step 1, which was receiving and reacting to the shocking news that we voluntarily ceased business operations for a period of time in order to address compliance issues and make sure WWSz will be strong and ready to get back out there for the world to benefit from, there are delays, yes, but together we are facing them head on daily as they come up.

Step 2 was the start of Know Your Customer / Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, along with enforcement of member agreements, except for arrangements this step is now closed.

STEP 3: Contracts to be studied, understood, agreed to and accepted. Without this extremely important step we can not move ahead.
Not only is this step is extremely important, we have to do it with a speed that will allow us to move forward faster. You have 14 working days from today, meaning all signed contracts must be in before midnight 6 March 2015 South Africa time.

KYC and AML processing is now closed unless arranged and approved, and focus is on the contracts at hand. These contracts are not negotiable. You have the right to get outside legal and / or financial advice, but WWSz will not answer or respond to any mails other than to confirm contract acceptance has been received and all is up to date in due time.
We will help wit a Q & A over the next few weeks in line with time available to help. But please do not wait on us.

Please note, you will receive 3 contracts seperately. Each has a space at the bottom that must be completed and sent back on or before 6 March 2015 South Africa time.
This step and all 3 of these contracts, just as the previous Agreements and PMA, are mandatory for continued association with WorldWide SolutionZ. Anybody not accepting them will have their accounts closed based on previous standing agreements and the PMA. There will be no refunds or correspondence following the legal act of enforcing Agreements and / or PMA. AND PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE CLOSING DATE 6 March 2015 South Africa time.

So Marelize thinks she has been honest and straight forward. Could have fooled me. She lied to the members starting day one and continues to lie to the members now. At least she acknowledged that STP has frozen all their funds, which is not a good thing. I wonder if the authorities are looking into Quinton buying his restaurant and where the funds came from to purchase it? If not, they should.

She still is claiming that WWSz voluntarily shut down their operations. What is sad is that many members believed it and will send in all these documents thinking WWSz is going to emerge as before and paying 5% weekly, but only as a "Private Closed-Circle Business Organization," whatever that is supposed to mean.

Hopefully the South African agencies will be making an announcement soon about WWSz and what course of action they are taking against WWSz and Marelize.

Tomorrow we begin a new phase as we are preparing to send out the first options to eligible members.

If this most recent update from our wildly compassionate Marelize is accepted for what it appears to be, those huge piles of monopoly money all those kind folks (suckers) formerly had tied up in their "lifejackets" just evaporated into thin air:

I’m sure that as adults we all have first-hand experience dealing with banks, municipalities and other government or government-influenced entities. Very likely most are also familiar with the hassles and difficulties and sometimes extremely time-consuming processes and lengthy wait times that often accompany official determinations and authorizations. Bit by bit we are seeing progress but it is still extremely disappointing that things seem to be moving so slowly.

Let me offer my sincere apologies once again to all who are hurting from the way things have turned out. We have been hit by what could be termed a “perfect storm”, a relentless onslaught of obstacles and consequences despite my best intentions and all our best efforts. I am so sorry that this is where we find ourselves now.

As previously stated, we are at a point with WorldWide SolutionZ where it is impossible to make any predictions regarding timeframes for resolution of current issues.

Efforts continue towards getting everything resolved, but we are at the mercy of entities and individuals who do not feel or exercise any urgency on our behalf. They are not compelled to expedite or complete the necessary procedures to accomplish resolution.

Advocate C. Viljoen is and has been very helpful in navigating these issues, and he continues to assist us as time allows. When sending emails to legal, keep in mind the 14-day response time. It may actually take a little longer for him or us to respond to emails and calls over the next several months because he has prior commitments with a pre-existing court case. He does not only deal with us, and we need his input for help to stay on course.

Without going into a lot of repetitive detail already shared over and over again of how we arrived at where we are now, let’s summarize the current situation.

We have to restructure the online and offline business for several reasons. The changes described below affect all members and participants here in South Africa and around the globe; WWSz is ONE business.

We learned in January that we were not in compliance with a bank act that limits the amount of earnings a system like Life Jackets can pay out to participants. When we learned of this, we stopped all online business activities to safeguard our members while we take time to evaluate options and take necessary steps to realign for compliance. No new funds have been accepted since the day we stopped online activities.
We also had to stop online business activities in order to deal with the fact that our Life Jacket income had stopped. (See items a - e below.)
Due to the difficulties with sending and receiving funds across borders, our ability to support our distributors at the center of the Life Jacket system was severely crippled.
Online business had a big effect offline. As a result, the distributors stopped paying the monthly fees that were our income source for paying Life Jacket Gratitude.
Those businesses as we knew them are now closed and part of the legal process.
We have accepted the likelihood that none of our money that is engaged in these distributors and businesses will be coming back to us soon.
Without the distributors and distributor payments, there is no Life Jacket system.
We have taken a big hit in damages caused by the behavior and reactions of members both online and offline.
It is our desire and intent to move forward with the franchise partnership concept previously discussed, as soon as everything is in place.
Member accounts have to be adjusted as per all of the above.
The Life Jacket system is gone.
Members no longer own Life Jackets.
Money that was represented by Life Jacket account balances is now gone.
Adjustments to individual account balances are dramatically and drastically affected by the bank act.
Each account has been granted an assigned value based on a number of factors which are explicitly outlined in the statements that will be sent to each individual if we continue. Very basically, it amounts to distribution of available cash reserves based on an accounting of each member’s original out-of-pocket funds, withdrawals taken, donations, PIF’s and other fees, and then factoring an allowed annual growth rate of 12.25% (changed monthly) applied to the past four months.
The intent is that the adjusted account balances may be used for buying into the franchise partnership concept when WorldWide SolutionZ resumes business.

We began sending out the statements for the adjusted account balances a couple of weeks ago. The emails we have received since then clearly indicate that we have to reevaluate how we need to proceed.

For the next 10 days, we will take time away from all communications and concentrate instead on considering the best course of action for the business and make decisions for moving forward.

Account statements already sent stand as issued at the current stage. No further account statements will be sent till we have decided our direction from here on.

In this update, which was just prior to her latest, no mention of all the "issues" that she didn't want the members knowing about. She wanted everyone thinking the transition to the closed franchise model was a done deal and all the online issues were going to go away magically. Then the bombshell of her latest update, yet she still can't admit it is over totally. But as always, none of this was her fault. It was those evil members fault causing all the problems. Filing disputes, doing charge-backs, were only in her program for the money, not helping the starving children, yada, yada, yada. Still playing the victim game.

And remember when she claimed that they had to get the approval from the South African Reserve Bank for them to increase the amount of money they could transfer? Well, here is what the South African Reserve Bank had to say:

"Under no circumstances does the South African Reserve Bank get involved in authorising the transfer of money or compensation on behalf of the public."

But I am expecting to be sued criminally and civilly any day now by WWSz and Marelize as she said: "most importantly, even if you are not a member anymore or never have been, you will be placed on notice that any false and malicious information by you or any spreading of false and malicious allegations about WWSz will expose you to criminal and civil action from WWSz."

But then since I never made any false, gave any malicious information nor was I spreading any false or malicious allegations, I have nothing to worry about. Marelize: only law enforcement can file criminal charges. Something that you had better hope your Criminal Advocate knows.

We can now add this to the dung heap of failed Ponzi programs. Here is Marelize telling the members, and she can't even be truthful as to why:

I write this with tears running down my cheeks for all of the anger and disappointment I feel for more than 16 years of hard work and aspirations coming to this now. Anger and disappointment just like each of our members, specially the loyal ones – I am so sorry.

A great measure of disappointment for such little support shown by the members, the balance of the members, and especially for the massive harm intentionally inflicted by members and others. I truly believe that with patience and cooperation from more, we could have gotten back on track over time.

Unfortunately, people have instead chosen to interfere and disrupt. Because we were already facing challenges and struggles, the efforts of Mr. Darryl White, Lyndell, Oz, Mr. van der Bijlt and others taking similar actions amounted to the final straw that breaks the camel’s back. These people surely do not realize they harm not only WWSz as a business, but also our members and our ability to supply food for the children we have been caring for.

I can only hope that in the future people like Mr. White and others like him will consider the larger picture and consequences for others and rather try to help instead of working only for personal attention.

If we could just get more than half of the members to support us rather than cause pain, we might have been back on track weeks ago. But that was unfortunately not the case. I am so sorry for the true supporters. Due to the extreme pressure added by people like this and their gullible followers and the unexpected financial burden caused by the whole unplanned-for process and restructuring of WWSz, we have been put in a position with no other choice than to seek voluntary insolvency.

Every member who wishes to participate must send an email as directed below. Please be advised that your email response will become part of the official, legal records. The legal team will collect this information for the legal business files and review. Further be advised that you will not receive direct response to any comments or questions you might include, although the legal team may see fit to close accounts based on additional information you might send based on the Membership and PMA agreements.

In joining us for this please remember, ignorance is no excuse for WWSz or for members legally whether we knew the laws or not is no excuse. The website will be officially removed from the internet following the court case/s.

I never expected the banks or reserve bank or municipality or government not to guide and help and protect us, I thought they, just like me, would see the good and progress helping more and more people. Still can't say they were shut down by the South African Authorities and it is all her fault. It is going to be interesting to see if she is charged criminally by the authorities. After all her Advocate is a criminal lawyer and that's why she hired him in the first place. Stay tuned as this is far from being over.

Wonders never cease. It was announced that The Commercial Crime Unit of the DPCI (Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation) is handling the Worldwide Solutionsz investigation. Sometime over the last few days, fifteen South African WorldwideSolutionsz victims known to police received an email from the DPCI. The email sent to victims stated:

Statement from the South African Reserve Bank’s (SARB) was received. Ruan and Marelize van Niekerk-Venter (World Wide Solutions) are not registered under the SARB Act.

The matter was discussed with the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) who informed this office of the following:

1. To send a request to all the victims in this matter to indicate who will be able to have an interview with this office and the DPP in the next two months;

2. The DPP also requested that an indication are needed to who will/can be able to attend court proceedings as a witness for the State in proofing this matter or to assure a successful prosecution in this matter.

Victims have been given until May 19th to respond to the email.

Actually since it has been over 2 years since this was shut down, I didn't think the South African Authorities were ever going to charge Ruan and Marelize with anything. I was told by a resident of South Africa that it takes them a long time to do an investigation, and then nothing seems to happen once the investigation has concluded. I was also told by this person that there was a new head of the National Police who had zero law enforcement experience, and was totally incompetent in her new role. Guess maybe it took her two years to learn it, but at least they are moving at last on this case.

Or course our friend stacy was heavily promoting this and of course claimed I didn't know what I was talking about and then later it was all my fault for WWSz being shut down. And of course his dig above at the government conspiracy to steal all the money for their own use. This is going to be interesting to see how this all plays out.

One thing is for sure, they can't claim they didn't receive enough information to assist them in their investigation. Heck we probably provided 98% of the information for their investigation, so not sure what they still need to investigate and took so long to act. Oz has a story about this news at behindMLM.

I remember all the exchanges I had with the "faithful" at MMG over this program. Marelize kept ducking answering my questions, and then out of the blue Marelize announced they had a new CFO, Willem Laubscher. He is a registered accountant at the time he was appointed as CFO. His credentials did give WWSz a boost of credibility for a short while. Then Willem came to MMG and made 4 or 5 posts to address all the issues I had raised and to answer the questions I had asked. We had a couple of exchanges, in which he realized that I was not going to go away despite all of his assurances to me that Marelize really did have sources of outside income to cover the 5% return from the Life Jacket program. I think it was less than a month after our exchanges that he suddenly disappeared without a word from Marelize. She never did explain why he was no longer around.

To be honest, I think he finally got to the real financial situation of WWSz and realized it was all smoke and mirrors and was a Ponzi so he bailed. It just might have saved his career. I wonder if he will be called to testify at trial for the prosecution? It will be interesting to see just who all is called to testify. I am still somewhat stunned that after all this time (almost 3 years) they are finally doing something about Marelize and her son's theft of WWSz members money.

Thanks for posting and welcome to RS. I saw your Skype request and just accepted. Please understand that I will not be able to respond on Skype until Thursday.

Because I have now received several contacts about WWSz like the one from vivo above, I want to explain what options you have and where you stand in regard to the money you put into WWSz.

What you can do will depend on several factors that only you can answer. First, how did you send the money to WWSz? Did you send it bank wire, or did you send it via credit card to one of the payment processors? Did you send money to them once, or did you send it to them multiple times over a period of time. Most sent money multiple times over a period of time, not just once. The reason this is important is the time from your last payments to them and today.

Since WWSz was shut down years ago, it might be impossible for you to get anything back. You might have a prayer from your bank wire by filing a request for reversal of the bank wire for WWSz failing to provide you the products you were purchasing. This isn't a guarantee that they will honor it, as it may have been too long ago. Most credit card companies only allow a chargeback for up to 560 days, or thereabouts as it depends on the credit card company, which is a little over a year and a half.

If you did not file a complaint with the South African Authorities, I would still recommend you do so to be put on the victims list in case they froze assets and would be able to return some of your money to you. You need to contact: The Commercial Crime Unit of the DPCI (Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation).

The status of the South African National Police investigation is unknown at this time. The only thing we do know is neither Marelize or Ruan have been officially charged with a crime and a trial date set.
