And if you know me, you know I'm not prone to exaggeration and hype (in fact, I've been battling against it for over 19 years as founder & CEO of MarketWave, Inc.).

There will be a different guest leader on every call with no preset agenda, although certain calls may have a general theme to them (i.e. products, pay plan, etc.). These are your calls to use in what ever way best serves you.
