    Younique

screenshotofanothermlmyouniqueproducts.jpgooops put this under "other" thread category a few minutes ago but see how it could have a thread of it's own. I am starting to catch on albeit slowly...
just saw this name this am and a quick check reveals it to be indeed another mlm, apparently started by a brother and sister team out of Utah....

Derek Maxfield and Melanie Huscroft, a brother-and-sister team, founded Younique in September 2012 with a mission to uplift, empower, and validate women across the globe. Derek and Melanie firmly believe that all women should feel valued, smart, and empowered through opportunities of personal growth and financial reward!

    Re: Younique

I tried to find an affiliate earnings disclosure on the site, that would be interesting to see with 100,000+ distributors. Incomes must be so massive that they keep it well hidden and replace it with a cutesy multicolor chart

54 pages to become an Independent Contractor, that should work out in one's favor. Still no mention about the dosh affiliates pocket.

Sounds like a pyramid right off the bat:

To become a Younique Presenter you must...
    d) Purchase a Younique Starter Kit (not applicable in North Dakota) $99 plus tax.

Ask Russel Longcore of Flexkom abou this one:

If you wish to sell your Younique business, you must receive written authorization from the Company

This is no joke if you have people in your house or use your car for business:

Contact a competent and duly licensed insurance broker/agent to make certain that your business and your property
(including any Younique products inventory) is protected. Younique is not responsible for obtaining insurance on behalf of any Presenter

Don't inventory load to make your upline happy:

In cases where bulk orders are made for non-*‐compliant purposes (as determined by Younique in its discretion), bulk orders are final

What could go wrong with this?

ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND BINDING AS TO ALL DISPUTES. YOU AND YOUNIQUE AGREE THAT MANDATORY AND BINDING ARBITRATION IS THE SOLE MEANS
TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL DISPUTES. YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO JURY OR COURT TRIALS TO RESOLVE A DISPUTE. THE ARBITRATION IS FINAL
AND THE DECISION CANNOT BE APPEALED. UTAH WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR ARBITRATION OF ALL DISPUTES.

All fees and expenses of the arbitrator will be borne equally by the parties in the arbitration

There must be some entrepreneurs who buy a $1000 worth right off the bat so they can go yellow day 1. I know that is what I would do.

** ROLLING THREE MONTHS: To avoid being inactivated, each Presenter must sell at least $125 in product in the previous 3 months.
*** LIFETIME: To achieve Yellow status, a Presenter must sell $1,000.00 in Personal Retail Sales

So when they say to an affiliate "you failed", are they really blaming the affiliate or admitting this program didn't work?

    Re: Younique

no doubt 'you' does not mean the program but the lowly affiliate. i also noticed how the arbitration must be done in utah a state totally biased in favor of mlms! means the company is guaranteed to win and poor little affiliate will lose!

Hello, do you have more information about Younique ? We are investigating but it seems that more and more people complain that they always need to spend more but make less and less profit ? Thank you for any information.
