Rhonda Roscovius is not a babe in the woods when it comes to online SCAMS.

This time around, she would like you to part with $89-$12,500 to join an illegal cash gifting SCAM calling itself 30daySuccessFormula.

Clicking on the link she provides in the Facebook post takes you to the PDF reproduced below:

Rhonda Roscovius has reserved a mail-drop box in San Antonio, Texas and wants you to understand that this is CASH only, ok?

The nice folks at the top of this pyramid have their mail-drop box in Racine, Wisconsin.

    CASH only, ok?

    What could possibly go wrong?

I guess you would never believe me if I told you that Rhonda Roscovius' YouTube account only has (( two )) videos, right?

(I'm sure Rhonda would be happy to tell you how many previous videos have been deleted or switched to "private")

Have a guess as to what those two videos promote. Correct! It's the "Illegal Pyramid SCAM D'jour 30 DAY SUCCESS FORMULA!"

If you have an hour to kill, you can bear witness to a webinar that should be labeled:
"Who's Who of Online Pyramid Scammers Cheerfully Explaining Why They Want Your Money NOW !"

    Rhonda Roscovious 08.jpg

You would probably never guess that you might find Marybeth Angiolelli promoting an illegal pyramid SCAM like this, right?

    MaryBeth says:

18:15 "allow the average person to somebody who maybe has no internet marketing experience to come in to this and just take action and be able to see results in a relatively short amount of time"

18:41 "sets somebody up for complete no risk; so anyone looking at this I mean seriously needs to just, you know, not even over-think, over analyze. Just, you know, get in give us a try"

19:11 "I started off my first day was like $500, my next day was like $700 and my next day was like $1,000 so I've seen an increase every single day and it's really, really exciting"

19:40 "everybody's going to have success"

Any gullible person wishing to do the most basic "due diligence" only needs to ask one question:

"With no retailable products, if everybody putting money into this expects to get more money out than they put in ... where does all that extra money come from?"

Ok! - Let's check in and start taking the pulse of some of the suckers
that have bitten on the bait offered by the 30 Day Success Formula
(illegal cash gifting chain letter pyramid scheme):

    Rhonda Roscovius 10b.jpg

"Page created on March 13, 2019"

It's kind of mind-boggling to me that the suckers don't put together a few consecutive thoughts before sending off their cash to Rhonda Roscovius, Marybeth Angiolleli, Frank Calabro and the other crooks that are promoting this SCAM:

    - "Admin" is taking 40% of every incoming dollar off the top to start.

    - Everyone who is sending money in expects to get more money out than they signed up with.

    - Where does all that extra money to pay everyone a "profit" come from?

I've always thought chain letters to be fantastic money making opportunities, that's why a jealous government outlawed them in 1899. Sit at home, mail a few post cards, and count the cash when has that sort of thing not worked?

A chain letter is a "get rich quick" scheme that promises that your mail box will soon be stuffed full of cash if you decide to participate. You're told you can make thousands of dollars every month if you follow the detailed instructions in the letter.

A typical chain letter includes names and addresses of several individuals whom you may or may not know. You are instructed to send a certain amount of money--usually $5--to the person at the top of the list, and then eliminate that name and add yours to the bottom. You are then instructed to mail copies of the letter to a few more individuals who will hopefully repeat the entire process. The letter promises that if they follow the same procedure, your name will gradually move to the top of the list and you'll receive money -- lots of it.

There's at least one problem with chain letters. They're illegal if they request money or other items of value and promise a substantial return to the participants. Chain letters are a form of gambling, and sending them through the mail (or delivering them in person or by computer, but mailing money to participate) violates Title 18, United States Code, Section 1302, the Postal Lottery Statute.

    https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/i...inLetters.aspx

Do chain letters take other forms?
The idea of each participant needing to bring in several more to perpetuate a program, sometimes also called a pyramid or Ponzi Scheme, is not confined to letters. In the 1980's, there were Pyramid Clubs, some costing $1000 to join. I just recently saw a pyramid phone calling scheme. And multi-level marketing (eg, Amway) also has elements of the pyramid, in that more money is to be made by bringing in other sales people than by selling the product yourself.

    https://www.cs.rutgers.edu/~watrous/chain-letters.html

As you might expect, the US Post Office eventually caught on to these cons, and by 1899 the so-called “dime letter” chains were outlawed.

    Re: Rhonda Roscovius

To add to what you have posted Ribbie, the usual cash gifting chain letter Ponzi cites Title 26 of the IRS Code that allows an individual to "gift" $13,000 or a married couple to "gift" $26,000 to anyone they choose. Of course they conveniently leave out the last sentence of Title 26 that says your gift has to be given with zero, none, zip, nil, zilch expectation of return. It is also illegal to send money through the mail, or FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any other courier service.

The latest form of this chain letter is you are not "gifting" someone money, but you are buying a report from them and in return you are sending others this report when they request it from you. Of course there are 5 levels of reports for you to send out, with each one costing more than the previous report. They then claim that these reports are a business expense so you can deduct the cost of printing them, mailing them, processing them, etc. so it is a zero sum game for taxes. It is still an illegal chain letter scheme.

What has really been fascinating to me is how they evolved from mailing their cash gifting chain letters to using the Internet thus no postage costs. Of course these are the clubs that Ribbie talked about in his post. You were just "sharing" with other members of the club, and of course you had to recruit as many new members for the club as you could.

I don't think these will ever be stopped. The only hope is to keep them from stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the gullible by educating the masses and exposing these illegal programs.

Is there some way to report all the participants of this 30 day mailer thing to the postal service? I saw a reporting link for them but it looks like you have to have actually gotten something in the mail about the program yourself. Seems a shame if you actually have to be a victim first.

It can't hurt to report promoters to the Feds and their states: Secretary of State, Attorney General, or Securities Department. Texas and North Carolina to my recollection have had the best track records of late.

Recently a friend of mine reported something and got the are you a victim q&a, dead silence when the answer was no. It is a shame because he has credible information and a lot of people are going to end up losing, but at least he tried. Law enforcement tends to be very reactive in this area which is not great. Most victims fail to report much, hell some even follow their scammers or ones like them to the next deal.

Don't expect too much, but every now and again whammo.

    30 Day Success Formula 03.jpg

    **************

^ Did the UPS mail-drop store in Racine find out that 30 Day Success Formula was using their business for MAIL FRAUD and throw them out?

    **************

    30 Day Success Formula 04.jpg

^ Or did some enterprising scammer just realize: "HEY!! I can just print these forms putting, uh ... BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC ... in box #1, rent myself a mail-drop box and screw 30 Day Success Formula out of the 39% of the CASH that they are stealing from everybody that participates?

    30 Day Success Formula 05.jpg

^ I suppose it is anyone's guess as to why a "real", "legitimate business" would need to change its name and rent a different mail-drop box ten miles south of their original one.

    30 Day Success Formula 06.jpg

"seeking BBB accreditation?" - Maybe the day you receive a package with a return address of HELL, you open it up and there's a snowball inside!

    three week delay?
    NEW sales letter?
all payouts stalled until the new letter is ready?
members need to inform downlines of changes rather than the company itself?

Let me get this straight: this company claims to have been "working offline" for five years ...

Why do you suppose that they have to seek BBB accreditation, stop payouts and invent a new sales letter now?

    Heya! Another new "company address"!

    Re: Rhonda Roscovius

So let me get this straight. 30 Day Success Formula is seeking BBB registration. Maybe they should try getting registered with the State of Wisconsin first. I don't think they are going to get BBB registered without the business being registered with Wisconsin first. They are MIA in Wisconsin. I can't wait to hear the excuse they come up with when they can't get registered with the BBB. Time to reach out to the Racine and Kenosha BBB and fill them in on exactly who and what 30 Day Success Formula is all about, don't you?

Well, now! Let me see! Does this "enterprise" meet BBB accreditation criteria?

BBB Accredited businesses are trustworthy businesses that agree to these standards:
    Build Trust....NO
    Advertise Honestly....NO
    Tell the Truth....NO!
    Be Transparent....NO!
    Honor Promises....NO!
    Be Responsive....NO!
    Safeguard Privacy....NO!
    Embody Integrity....HELL NO!
    Can we spell "FAIL"?

bbb takes anyone's money to be 'accredited' and they have absolutely nothing to do with a company's advertising. so much bullshit in one sentence.
