Re: Any one have historical stuff on Pigeon King International?

If the British press uncovered this story I think that would be the end of the harassment by authorities.
We did this for a man in Ohio falsely imprisoned 6 ½ years for allegedly raping and murdering his mother-in-law and raping his six year old niece. The story and the evidence used to convict him was so bizarre that after a wave of protests on the Internet, it hit the mainline media pressuring the extremely reluctance judicial system to take another look.

People on the Internet inundated the D.A.’s office with faxes and phone calls: Stirred up one heck of a scene in the media. I personally call the D A’s Office several times. Unbelievably, unlike Canada they actually talked about the case and at least appeared to take these concerns seriously.

Long story short, like the movie Shemshaw Redemption unbelievably this wrongly convicted individual actually found the murderer himself while in prison, picking up the cigarette butt of a man his wife believed could be the real murderer, smuggling it out to his wife and lawyer for DNA testing .

The Innocence Project - Know the Cases: Browse Profiles:Clarence Elkins

If in my case, enough citizens around the world faxed and/or called the prosecutor’s office and the Atty. General expressing disgust and let them know you are watching this case I am convinced it would make a huge difference. I have virtually no one at my trial and nothing in the Canadian Media; not even that the trial is taking place. Also I believe that if enough citizens around the world contacted the media in Canada, they might have second thoughts with respect to the suppression of this story and those in positions of power in it. Everyone has a stake in it. These Canadian frauds spread worldwide victimizing among others, seniors and students. In Poland an 81 year-old was defrauded of U.S. $80,000. Her life savings and a loan they coerced her to take out. The people who defrauded her were pillars of the Community in Poland. It was a diamond scam still operating in Canada.

Re: Any one have historical stuff on Pigeon King International?

This is the nonsense going on here in Canada: A simple but vicious system that has developed. Those who speak out about these frauds, like the Oakville mother and others who have contacted me are arrested on false charges of threatening and/or assault where there exists no physical evidence only the word of the fraud artists, there minions and police willing to lie, and/or coerced or frightened individuals.

    Police Detachment June 21st 2010.
“ … he grabbed [K] wrist like that (gestures) and pulled her back.”

Court January 10, 2012 P-59 Same Witness In Chief – “…he went and grabbed my friend's wrist and she went to pull away. And he did grab her wrist but I'm not sure how hard or where on her wrist.”

Alleged Victim January 10th 2012 – Examination in Chief

    A. He reached out for my wrist...

    THE COURT: Yeah.

    A. …he tried to grab my wrist and before he -- and I pulled my wrist away so that he couldn't grab it.

THE ...COURT: So he didn't grab it?

    A. He touched my wrist...

THE COURT: Oh, he touched -- okay.

    Cross-Examination by Court Imposed Lawyer

    Q. All right. Do you remember when I asked you if you told the -- the principal or vice principal that you did know him?

    A. I recall that.

    Q. All right.

    A. But we did not know him. He said that we knew him.

    Q. All right. If I was -- I'm just going to read you what's here and you can tell me if you agree with it, "And he looked at us so we -- so we did as soon as we came around, we said that we didn't know him and he wasn't" -- so would -- would you agree that it says, "And he looked at us so we said we did." Would you agree that that's written there?

    A. I agree that it's written there.

    Q. All right. Do you -- do you think there's a problem with how this was transcribed?

    A. I remember that he was bent over, putting the photos back in his bag and the lady said do you know him, he said yes as he was facing her. We mouthed that we didn't and that we didn't know him and she said sir, can I talk to you and then told us to run.

    Q. But I think you pretty much have to agree with me, in the statement you said that you did know him.

    A. In the statement it does say that.

    Q. All right. But you're saying something different here now?

Alleged Victim: RE-EXAMINATION BY MS. STEVENSON:

    Q. Ms. [L], can I just ask you to go back to that page four of your transcript there?

    A. Yes.

    Q. And I'm just going to read you a portion from the transcript and then ask you a question about that. So this is in that second paragraph, the top of page four. "And then, when there -- as the vice principal from O.T. drove up in the car and was looking at us and said, 'Do you know this man?' and he said that we did and he looked at us so we said we did but as soon as we come around, we said that we didn't know him and like, he wasn't supposed to be there." So first of all, you see that in the transcript, is that how you remember it today?

    A. Today I remembered only him saying that we know him and us mouthing that we didn't.

    Q. Okay.

    A. That's what I remember today.

Statements of the student witness to police…

    A. – Umm, the vice principal of OT came and said “Girls do you know who you’re talking too?” and the man said “Yes they do” and we were like “No, no we don’t” (shakes hands). And the lady said “Can I talk to you sir? And pulled him and we ran.

    Vice principal under my cross-examination:

A… and I didn't know anything about you until I got out of the car after the two girls...left…

    Q. …But I’m asking specifically did you hear them say, first of all, in response to a question that you don’t remember was asked which is, “Do you know this man?” That she said yes they do, that they knew me.

    A. I do not recall that, no.

    Q. Right. And the other thing was and I think that’s pretty clear, but at no time did you physically grab the accused arm or pull the accused away in any manner from these students while they ran away?

    A. I was in my car, sir.

Earlier Cross examination of student witness…. Motive for the Lies.

    Q. So, when the vice principal drove up, what did you do?

    A. Well she asked him if he knew us and he said yes, and we said no. And she said to the man, "Come here. Sir, can I talk to you?" And me and “K” ran.

    Q. All right. And where did you run to?

    A. We ran to my house.

    Q. All right. Did you call the police?

    A. No.

    Q. Why not?

    A. I didn't want to tell my mom.

    Q. That's why you didn't call the police right away?

    A. Yeah, I was too scared to tell my mom.

    Q. And -- and why would you be too scared to tell your mom that?

    A. Because I didn't know if she'd get mad at me for being there with a stranger.
    * * * * *
So, the alleged assault, “forcing” them to remain at the scene would be a convenient excuse attempting to justify why they would be talking to a stranger. Again, it should be obvious to anyone, particularly a judge that they fabricated this story insisting that they were first physically restrained then psychologically too frightened to leave. They were not afraid of me at the school. They feared admonishment from their parents and possibly the police when it later occurred to them they had, without thinking been talking to a stranger. Simple! And that was the theory I propose to the section 486 C.C.C. court imposed lawyer: It turned out to be accurate as borne out by the above testimony.

For a number of years I have been warning students at Ontario universities, colleges, high schools and on the street, of harm of pyramid schemes that now recruit even unwitting high school students by exerting my right of freedom of speech and freedom of peaceful assembly. Most times I am harassed in any number of ways by police and on two other occasions falsely arrested. Convicted in one with perjured evidence, charges in the other dropped when an unbiased the judge refused to go along with the nonsense of the police.

Before attending at the Oakville Trafalgar High School I informed the Halton police I would be there. Police assured me that there was no problem as long as I did not trespass on school property or interfere with school activities and recommended I call and leave a message with the school liaison officer; which I did. [calls recorded]

I know from previous experience that the Halton Regional Police are not enamored with the content of my pamphlets and do not hesitate to use every opportunity to force me to their mental facilities to have willing psychiatrists endorse the police mantra that I am “paranoid,” “delusional,” “out of touch with reality” and that these frauds I expose and those of position behind them, “only exist in a delusional mind.” But this time police seemed to have no intention of harassing me as was my past experiences.

I think it evident the system is now using these children who were obviously afraid of being admonished by their parents and of course more so when the police became involved, to once again convict this whistleblower with false, tainted and perjured evidence. It truly is bizarre.

    Posted Oct 22 2012

The question arises… How much of this since 2003 can a person endure, with my business gone, my reputation destroyed, a false criminal record of threatening and assaulting police and others, pointing a fire arm at a police officer entered in the police computer, CPIC, when I have never had a fire arm in my possession; these false allegations, preventing among other things travel to other countries, and driven into poverty having to pay the cost associated with these court appearances with nothing left to print pamphlets or now even pay for dental care.

It is psychologically and emotionally, debilitating. I am just trying to prevent more and more victims from scrumming to clever manipulating fraud artists, who can destroy their lives, their friendships, their communities, their country’s economy and left uncorrected; the world, as happened in the country of Albania in 1997, that the IMF warned the world about.

Finance & Development, March 2000 - The Rise and Fall of Albania's Pyramid Schemes

This is what can happen to a persistent whistleblower in Canada if they refuse to "shut up" and “tow the line” of the corrupt Status Quo.

Dave, I have a suggestion. I went to your website and you have a donations tab but I could not find how a person would be able to donate to your cause. How about getting a PayPal button? We have a member here (Jason) who is an IT, he might be willing to help you set it up.

If the members who have blogs would carry your story and help spread the word, it would help gain attention. We could use more pictures if you have them or can locate on internet - people like to see pictures. After much exposure, any of us or one of us could then start a campaign. Don't see why we could not use all the availables Causes, the ones LORM and SBM mentioned.

I am going to post this information in my own blog from what I have collected here and all the other sources you mentioned. If you or anyone objects to this, please let me know deletion is always easy. Just thought it might help others get it going on their blogs as they can rewrite or feature what they choose to. Will let you know when it is up and published.
You can message me here but I sent you a message from my gmail account, not sure if you got it.

    Dave.

What is tolerated in Canada is well known to most RealScam members. Bogdon Fiedur of Adlandpro which is known to RS members as Scamlandpro, has got away with running an advertising board which is nothing but hard porn and pernicious scams. None of the Canadian Police or law enforcement agencies have done anything to stop this man and no newspapers seem interested in closing the filthy sewer down.

Some paper or news agency needs to get onto this as it confirms you story about the extent of the cover ups for criminal enterprises in Canada.

I wish you could get a British media to do a story on these Canadians frauds that come into GB and other countries ripping off your citizens due to the fact Canada does virtually nothing to prevent these frauds. The classic example.... TTI was promptly shut down by the DTI in England when we informed Interpol, Scotland Yard, Manchester and London police in 2005. These fraudsters were not arrested in Canada until January 2011, despite the action in the UK and the broadcast on Canada's CBC Marketplace in 2009. Since the arrests the CBC refuses to tell the public that police, politicians, government personnel, lawyers, accountants, business analysts etc, etc, were behind this massive fraud. "Conspiracy of Silence"????

What is needed is a comparison of this system vs. the current system in Russia... If you are arrested, you are as well as guilty, unless you bail out.

Just like Canada when you are arrested for threatening and/or assault. The "reverse onus" rule is applied at your bail. You are presumed guilty. You prove you didn't do it or it is assumed you did and can be held without bail notwithstanding credible evidence you were not even there to make the threat or commit the assault.

It happened to Jamie Nelson. Jailed for 3 ½ years for a rape he did not commit even though he had witnesses claiming he was with them at the time. It happened to me notwithstanding a police officer’s note book and two full reports from two officers stating I was speaking with police or elsewhere when this vile accusation that I threatened violence was made. The accuser was in fact labeled a liar in the police officers notebook and subsequent reports. Notwithstanding, I was held without bail, by a bizarre J.P. and subsequent bias and ridiculous judges; held 4 months, beaten by jail guards, 4 ribs broken. At the time I was unaware that this ridiculous and controversial law of “reverse onus” had come into effect. Many years ago you could not be jailed on the evidence of one witness without some collaborating evidence, particularly when a strong ulterior motive was obvious. Such as a person profiting, particularly in 100s of thousands, or even millions of dollars, or other powerful considerations such as a business partner or spouse having access to your assets and private files while you are incarcerated by simply uttering an unsubstantiated allegation. That, to logical, clear thinking individuals is too easy so to do.

So, if one wants to take any innocent person “out of the picture” just accuse them of threatening or assault.

In Canada, certainly in Ontario, it’s whoever gets to the cops first with an allegation wins. So who would get to the cops first when no problem exists and the complaint is a lie? Obviously the liar with the motive and the factious complaint: The innocent one isn't making false complaints to police. The innocent one doesn’t see it coming. That’s how it works... But not in Canada you say! Really???

This has been updated with more info and some pictures. I hope you will join with me and post something in your own blogs and help spread the word. Dave, I have just posted link in Facebook and Twitter. So many others of you have better blogs than mine and could make a much better impact. I suppose I will take a little criticism - Scratchycat is scaredycat when it comes to that word!! Comes from being a little too sensitive.

Dave, you can't save someone if they don't *want* to be saved. While all of us would LOVE to simply wave the truth in front of potential victims and "make them see the light" with snap of a finger much like hypnotist wakes up the patient (as portrayed in fiction), that almost NEVER happens.

IMHO, what you really need is media attention, and spread your message that way, instead of going person-to-person. I would recommend making a Youtube video where you plead your side of the case, and make it go viral. That would both bring attention to your plight... AND your cause.

Just be yourself. Explain to the world who you are: Crimebuster Dave, going after crimes since (whenever). have a little scrolling text at the bottom that goes to website "helpCrimebusterDavenow.com" or something. Explain that you were doing outreach to potential scam victims when you were accused of assault (a pun on "reaching out"? I don't know if that'll go over well) and so on and so forth.

However, do NOT portray the system in a negative light. Say that you understand the system needs to run its course, but it's getting ridiculous, and show the injury report, (available on website, of course) and so on and so forth.

The idea is portray yourself as a martyr for justice (and you are, in many ways).

I do not have the technical knowledge to make and post a video on YouTube. But some on this forum have offered to assist me.

Now, I realize you can't save someone if they don't *want* to be saved. What I do is make potential victims aware and many listen. The best place is at the schools. They do it Western Australia, even China where they have children sign a pledge not to get involved in pyramid schemes because of the enormous harm they do to the country. Canada embraces and protects these schemes from the top down. I received a number of calls from Ryerson students in Toronto after handing out of my cards and pamphlets there. Some had already been defrauded in the Sum-It Club scam without realizing it, and others, because of my warning were able to avoid it. You see brainwashed students are instructed to unwittingly recruit fellow students by not telling them where they’re going but that they will have a good time at this exclusive club and meet many people who can advance their careers through networking etc. But having been forewarned how the scheme operated several thanked me for saving them the fate of some of their fellow students. They also duplicated my efforts by spreading the word. Along with exposing the scam on the Internet it forced The Sum-It Club to declare bankruptcy their source of income drying up. Police officers were involved; a provincial prosecutor who also taught at Humber College; she and her family scamming students there and anywhere they could dupe victims.

The police knew about their operation, the Canadian Federal Competition Bureau knew about it, even seized their records at one point but did nothing to shut them down neither did the charge then after we shut them down. That is corrupt and that is abhorrent. They have now laundered their ill gotten gains, a significant amount of it from defrauded students, into a senior's home in Waterdown Ontario.

As far as getting the media to expose it; I have run circles for almost a decade contacting dozens of media, CTV, CBC, Toronto Star, City TV, The Toronto Sun; in fact Linda Leatherdale of the Toronto Sun sat with me for some time writing a story; a photographer took several pictures of me holding up the $10,000,000 lawsuit in one hand and the precedent setting decision I received from Judge Quigley in 2006, in the other. The editors quashed the story. I tried local media, Mississauga News, Oakville Beaver, willing to suppress the truth to the detriment of 16 year old high school students. It is truly corrupt and abhorrent.

I was written up in the Western Standard publication before they stop publishing; Québec consumer magazine Protégez Vous and Better Farming. But other than Protégez Vous the media will neither mention nor condemn the police and Government with the facts. None will tell the public of the extent of these frauds and high level people involved in perpetrating them. Even Africa, and even Columbia expose politicians involved in these fraudulent schemes. But not in Canada… eh!

Well meaning I realize, and emphasized you advise … “do NOT portray the system in a negative light. Say that you understand the system needs to run its course….”

That implies that the system is working and not corrupt and actually doing something about these scams, when in fact they do nothing until pushed to the wall. And what about the cover-up of RCMP officers, politicians, the government personnel actually running these schemes; the tax department personnel on the taxpayers’ dime: This is what I am exposing. I don’t even have the time or resources to expose the massive extent of the corruption in the Canadian police and government. But to “soft-soap” and downplay the corruption and seriousness of it and not portray them in the negative light they fully deserve, would make me no better than the police authorities, government agencies and the media I condemn who downplay and suppressed the hard truth to the detriment of its own citizens. That I can’t do. To patronize, appease, withhold the truth and “play games” is not me. The truth is naked and upfront.

RCMP is horribly slow when it comes to prosecuting something. Business in Motion was exposed by CBC, but wasn't prosecuted until like 4 years later, IIRC.

What you really need is a good "celebrity lawyer" who's adept in generating attention (and Internet buzz).

They are going to move far slower with Kippax father being a former police officer, and the involvement of retired RCMP and current police officers, business analysts, pastors, and former CRA personnel he bragged about in his YouTube video in this scam with him. They don’t want the general public aware of those facts.

I filed complaints about BIM with authorities, informed CKCO TV, The Record in Kitchener, and surrounding media, picketed the Tax Department and both courthouses in Kitchener as early as 2004.

You are right on that. I have already contacted Clayton Ruby without success. And I attempted some time ago to elicit the support of the “Innocence Project” lawyer, James Lockyer. Ironically a year or more later he appeared in court defending the fraud artist Alan Kippax, unbelievably attempting, without success, to technically discredit a copy of the Judgment I received from Superior Court Judge, Justice Quigley in 2006: A Precedent decision for the protection of potential victims and society. Kippax now charged in a $20 million go-op… Go Figure!!!!

Perhaps instead of a “celebrity lawyer” find a smart young lawyer who would like to make a name for himself; provided he's not "done in" first: Or a student journalist.

Does any know how one would go about contacting Harry Marpolos who attempted, without success, to expose Bernie Madoff and was repeatedly brushed off by the authorities and the media? He readily admits that for over ten years trying to get someone to listen he was personally unable to shut Madoff down. Madoff's scheme imploded on its own.

With the legal tactics we employ Madoff would have been shut down in two weeks due to the massive size of the Ponzi scheme and the high profile of Madoff and those from the banking industry etc, involved with him. Madoff was the most vulnerable of any pyramid/Ponzi schemer I am aware of. And the bigger they are the harder, and faster, they fall"

It is fine Poyol, I just wish we could start a new thread on this. I was hoping Dave would, maybe you need to help him with that. I wrote the article hoping others would use it or parts of it or come up with their own ideas.

This was recently on CBC (Aug 2012). But CBC refuses to reveal to the public the extent of the fraud or expose the involvement of RCMP, police on down, politicians, government personnel, lawyers, church minister etc, in this scheme or the subsequent arrest and current prosecution of their whistleblower CBC earlier videoed being falsely arrested by RCMP in 2009 in Kelowna B.C. the charges later dropped when RCMP were told they had been caught on camera. By their silence, the CBC has effectively thrown they own whistleblower under the bus. It is difficult to believe this is happening.

This is one of the most interesting comments on the CBC Blog re: Alan Kippax TTI – BIM -

"I watched your report on Alan KIpax and BIM corp. with some disapointment.

Your details were vague and often seemed to omit crucial facts and details. If Mr KIpax is indeed operating a pyramid scheme, why has he been able to operate in the open for over a decade?

Yes, I know your expert said that Canada is a haven for scams but are we to beleive that that that means we are so lax that we allow them to hold public meetings and erect billboards?

That is a bit hard to believe, even if I am willing to accept his credentials as an expert!

Well these arrests answer that question!!!

I am gathering my thoughts on the impact your story. There was such a long gap between the end of the postings on WLD and present that I am a bit mind boggled.

I saw your picture for the first time and I hope that you will upload it for RS members. it is one of those pictures which is worth a thousand words. My first impression is that the picture would attract shoppers looking at pictures of new authours on the back of hardback books. It takes some time to drop known authors and give a new person a try. We need good books for thinking men and women. There are not many who provide we oldies with a thumping good read.

How did I visualize you in my mind's eye before I saw your picture. I have asked myself that question and I am not sure of the answer. I suppose that I visualised you to be rather like all the other angry young men who were protesting when I was a young woman. When I was that age, I was far more interested in dishy young men than angry young men with a story that did not include any romance!
