Thread: Congratulatiions to Queen of England on her Diamond Jubilee!!

Happy times and celebrations to all you Englanders. Your Queen is still holding her own and looking great! It should be a spectacular celebration. I saw some of the parties being held in the news this morning, they looked to be having a really good time.

She is amazing for her age. I hope that she remains compos mentis for long enough to remain our Queen when she has celebrated her hundredth birthday. Her mother lived to 101, so she might make it.

I second that. Happy times to all! Prince Charles and Camilla were in Eastern Canada a couple of weeks ago, and I think a part of the west...They did not make it out here though...

This "portrait" in the "Spitting Image Museum" is one that endears our Queen to members of the general public.
