Flipping4Profit - flipping4profit.com
Hello Everyone,
I would like to know has anyone came across Flipping4Profit website?
Their website is "http://www.flipping4profit.com/home.php?referrer=f4p"
Is this a legitimate investment opportunity?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Caleb

So not a lot of time to look at this in detail as we are going to see family, yippie. I
f you look at scamadvisor all the information on ownership is being hidden which I would consider 100% a non-starter in any deal that involves money. They are soliciting investments, and with an affiliate program meaning they are asking others to do the same, both a violation of securities laws in the US. Legal case defining investments. SEC v. Howey Co. - 328 U.S. 293 (1946) :: Justia US Supreme Court Center For this to be on the up and up, they would have needed to register with the SEC and have licensed representatives selling the offer.
If the above is not convincing enough, I doubt they have flipped a single property, do a some serious queries of the addresses a title search of the properties they claim to have flipped. My sincere guess is that will turn up nothing and they are running a straight up Ponzi.

Re: Flipping4Profit - flipping4profit.com
I like Dianne's comment where she says:
"They are including the 5 Websites and over 2000 ebooks in the Price. Is that not Product ?"
No, I think "2,000 ebooks" would be considered a red flag, actually.
