That is true, but both of those were originally investigated and shut down by criminal law enforcement agencies, ASD was raided by the Secret Service, and Zeek by The Secret Service and North Carolina AG. Aside from the SEC, which cannot file criminal charges, no law enforcement agency has announced any interest or investigation into Traffic Monsoon. I hate it, I can't believe it, but the fact is no criminal enforcement agency has shown the slightest interest in Traffic Monsoon and I don't think any will.
I'm not cheering for him, and if I was Charles I'd still be scared, but remember, Charice Johnson never got so much as indicted for 12DailyPro, a case where she admitted she stole millions of dollars. There are hundreds of scams, hell, thousands of them, that never face criminal charges. How many serial ponzi pimps who operate in the open in the USA and have never had to do anything more inconvenient than file claims with receivers when their latest scam goes under. Charlie looks to be out of the business now for a while, on unrelated charges, but I'm still of the opinion that he got a mulligan on Traffic Monsoon.

More interesting, and more pressing, is what happened to the £250,000 from the sale of his London home?
That money had to go somewhere and its safe to say someone hid it for him. As such, its in an account that someone unknown has control of and could right now be thinking of just taking that money for their own hookers and blow fund. They might have already taken the money and run to somewhere that its not going to be easy to get it back from. Charles isn't in any position to get it, and no one else is there to make sure it isn't used to buy a yacht in Belize.

    So, where is the money?

If Charles' family comes up with the $10,000 to bail him out of jail, someone needs to follow the money trail...

I emailed a follow-up news tip to The Salt Lake Tribune newspaper in Utah.

Here's their original article about Traffic Monsoon:

From the Receivers' response to a request from Scoville to be relieved from having to file ongoing Status Reports every 30 days.

The fact that Scoville now faces criminal charges in the State Court makes it even more important that he continue to file status reports with this Court to allow the Receiver and the Court to follow his whereabouts and status.

Therefore, the Receiver requests that the Court deny the Motion, and continue to require Scoville to file status reports and to ensure his cooperation with the Receiver.

You know, a lesser person might see that My Daily Cash Machines' Alexa rating has dropped another 5000 places in a day and decided it was time to move onto pimping a new scam scheme

    Does Weird Willy Bryant ????

    Does he heck.

    Not William G Bryant.

Instead Weird Willy decides to tough it out and pretend everything is hunky dory

Re: Traffic monsoon. Better than MAPS with trusted admin Charles Scoville

When selling a property in the UK:

'There are a number of documents that will need to be in order. As the seller you will need to gather the following yourself:

    Proof of identity:
you will need to show your solicitor a passport or driving licence and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement

    Property title deeds:
if you do not have these, then the solicitor you instructed when you bought your current property or your mortgage lender might. Your solicitor will also need to obtain official copies of your title deeds from the Land Registry

    Fittings and contents form (TA10):
this form clearly indicates what is included in the sale of the property. It’s broken down on a room by room basis, and includes items such as the fridge and shower curtain, for example. If relevant, it also covers any items in outdoor areas, such as greenhouses, sheds, trees and washing lines. A sample of this form can be downloaded here.

    Property information form (TA6):
as the seller, you will be required to complete this form. A sample of this form can be downloaded here. The questions included in the form relate to:
Boundaries: this will include the position of the boundaries and who is responsible for the upkeep of a fence or hedge
Disputes and complaints: this could include any ongoing disputes with neighbours
Notices and proposals: this will include any letters from neighbours, or local authorities regarding proposed development in the vicinity
Alterations, planning and building control: this will include any major building work that has been carried out on the property, such as an extension or new windows. It will also include the building’s listed status, if relevant
Guarantees and warrantees: this may be for the building itself, if it is very new, or may be related to the new roof, for example
Insurance: this will give the prospective buyer an understanding of how much it is likely to cost to insure the property and whether there are any anomaliesEnvironmental matters: among other things this covers any flooding risks, the presence of Japanese knotweed and also refers to the EPC
Rights and informal arrangements: among other things, this may include shared access and chancel repair
Parking: this will inform the prospective buyer as to whether or not there is off road parking, or a garage etc.
Other charges: this might include lease expenses for leasehold properties, and maintenance costs for blocks of flats or gated communities
Occupiers: this lets the prospective buyer know whether anyone is living in the property and will continue to do so after completion
Services: this relates to the condition of the central heating and electrical wiring, among other things
Connection to utilities and services: this section specifically refers to the suppliers of gas, electricity and water to the property and the location of the relevant meters
Transaction information: this should include whether, as a seller, you are also looking to buy another property. It will also include any special requirements around moving dates
Copies of documents referenced in the property information form, such as a Building Regulations sign off or FENSA certificates for replacement windows.

    Leasehold / shared freehold documents:
if the property is leasehold then a copy of the lease will be required. If the property retains a share of the freehold then the relevant documents will be required, such as the Share Certificate if there has been a company set up to manage the freehold.

    Management Information Pack:
this is obtained either by the seller or by the seller’s solicitor from the freeholder or managing agent, if the property is leasehold. The pack can take several weeks to arrive so it is vital it is paid for (by the seller) and ordered as early as possible in the selling process.

    Energy Performance Certificate (EPC):
an EPC needs to be included when a property is sold. These certificates assess the property’s energy use and CO2 impact. If you do not have an EPC, your estate agent should be able to recommend a qualified assessor.'

There's no way somebody could have sold the property in Manchester without Charles knowledge.

At some point evil nitwit will end up here for his Utah aggravated sexual abuse of a child(s?) charges.
    Looks horrific.

Believe he goes to Texas or Colorado for federal crime. (if/when the criminal side kicks in.)
Don't think Utah has anything but a short term facility.

I don't see why Uncle Chester Scoville can't start a business in the clink. Prisoners buy the book below for $15 and after they read it Chester gives them $20 plus they keep the book. What could possibly go wrong?

For $50, Charles will advertise your "services" on the internal prisoner only exchange. If you bring him other "gentlemen" that advertise, he will give you back $55. Soon, "every prisoner" is in it for the $55 return for recruiting others.

Strange this is, no one is having sex because of the exchange. They just get raped randomly anyway.

Prisoners only get paid when a new bus of convicts arrive at the prison and are recruited.

Isn't it amazing when you can take simple math, convolute the presentation, and make people think it's actually legit like traffic monsoon "advertising".
