A single person watching a video over and over again does nothing for rank...sort of like clicking over and over again on ads won't make you money.

Have these people even bothered to read anything in the interview that scammer scoville had with the SEC ?

Scammer scoville claimed to members that only 5% of sales were adpacks, SEC from scammer scoville's paperwork determines the actual figure as 99.6% was from sales of adpacks.

Did scammer scoville tell the members about the investigation ?

Did scammer scoville tell members about Paypal releasing funds ?

Did scammer scoville tell members that he was transfering funds into his personal account ?


Even the fact that these people claim to be consumers is suspect !

Who wrote the TOS on TM ?

Does it comply with consumer protection laws ?

Probably not, scammer scoville wrote the TOS as per SEC interview and never got a lawyer to go through the TOS.


Why would all these business people/owners spend $50 on adpacks if they weren't looking for ROI or profit ?

They could have bought the same advertising without revshare for $10.95, saving their business $39.05 with every purchase !

He also says he does network marketing (ponzi pimping), he can't be very good at it if he only uses the services of TM.

No this is not peculiar. It happens in every Ponzi that the authorities shut it down. Each Ponzi has its own types of silliness from its members who cannot accept they were lied to and conned. In ASD Cash Generator they were mailing tea bags to Bill O'Reilly, TV stations, and reporters who did stories on ASD. They were planning a march on Washington to demonstrate against the "evil" government how wrong they were. They planned on doing it on a national holiday when no-one was in Washington that they said they wanted to target. Not kidding. You had a loud mouth who claimed to have set up a trust that could get your money back, and then later with zero accounting claimed it was not a trust and refused to return any money. But at least he got most of his and his friend investment back. We had claims that the US Attorney said in a phone interview that they really didn't have a case with ASD and they were looking for a way out that would save them face; and these are just the ones I remember.

Then in Zeek we had the same thing happen regarding putting together a lawsuit against the SEC. They had proof, proof mind you, that the SEC acted illegally and that Zeek was a real business. So victims of Zeek coughed up the money for the lawsuit and absolutely nothing happened. But the person who put it all together got the engine on his airplane fixed, and again zero accountability and no money returned to those who sent money . You had several class action lawsuits filed, but the court ruled that nothing could proceed until the Receiver finished his charge of clawbacks and had returned as much money as he could collect from the winners in Zeek and the sale of assets. This is still ongoing and this process has taken more than 2 years and probably has a good six more months to go before the Receiver's job will be done. One aspect that was really interesting in Zeek was the attorneys for the class action lawsuits wanted the Receiver to pay to them their clients returns from the Receiver's efforts so they could be assured they got paid. The Receiver said no, and the attorneys filed an appeal and lost. You had blogs that were temporarily shut down with false claims against them for exposing Zeek as the Ponzi it was. You had major promoters flee the country to avoid extradition and having to pay back their winnings to the Receiver. Heck we still have four major winners who are trying to prevent the Receiver from collecting from them and are taking him to court. They would rather spend all their money on a frivolous lawsuit than return it to Receiver so the victims can get as much money back of their losses as possible. Remember, these are the same people that put them in Zeek claiming how much they cared about them and wanted to take care of them in becoming wealthy.

Each Ponzi seems to want to outdo the other in silliness, and if you think this is bad, just wait until MAP goes down. Then it will be a race to see which one can outdo the other in craziness, stupidity and ignorance. But what you are seeing is the cult mentality of joining these type of programs. As has been pointed out, the vast majority of them are still in denial. The good news is a lot have moved out of denial to anger, and many have moved to acceptance that they were scammed and conned. The number who are still in denial are not as big as we think they are. They are just the most vocal.

Sadly four years from now, the people who cannot move past denial will still be in denial claiming Charles was railroaded, TM was not a Ponzi and if Charles could start a new program, they would be the first to rush and join. ASD happened in 2008. There are still people today who think Andy only pled guilty to save the members and did nothing wrong. He pled GUILTY, and they still don't believe he did anything wrong and he has been in prison for more than 3 years now, I think. Time has slipped by me as to when he went to prison, but this is to illustrate just how deep these conmen can corrupt a persons mind and belief in them.

how they can possible say their "business" go bad if TM only delivered few clicks and visitors after months and months. TM did not even deliver 5% of total addpacks. I remember I had 20 and after 3 mounths only had 3 clicks out of 200, good thing paypal gave money back lol.

Also why they care if TM go busted if they only intrested in traffic? there are lots of legit traffic sellers, even google is less expensive than TM was and google actualy delivers a LEGIT service, not fake views and clicks like TM offer you for 50$, how those ppl claim their business go bad with automated russian and indian clicks is beyond me, just dirty liars. I was dumb enough to not save the traffic source when I had the chanse, 99% TM traffic is from russia,india,venezuela, thats 00000000000000000000000000000000000 worth of traffic. You actualy make your business worse on google rankings with that traffic and specialy when is AUTOMATED, a SEO profesional will give me 100% reason, when ur site is targeted by low tier countries, your site google RANKING go lower and lower.


Most of the smart ppl are out from TM long time ago, only vulnerable ppl left who have no idea, thats why u see all those dumb ppl, still beliving more a guy than their own money.

It's always like this....Only the names of the program and the admin changes.....The reactions when the Gov step in is mostly the same old, same old....

Sunil, please stop thinking you are this great video maker. This video sucks. You had almost 2 minutes of pictures with no sound, you only included 4 testimonials, and not one of them had any passion in them. For that matter neither did you. It was as if you and they were reading a script and had no clue what they were saying. You had pictures of the crowd on the beach, but none of them had anything to do with TM and your Revolution Day, and to try and make it look more impressive you had pictures of people from around the world showing their support of TM, but were nowhere near Brighton Beach, adding the video of the 10 people in Perth didn't do you any favors at showing the massive support for TM, and the list goes on and on.

But you can believe the SEC is going to love this. This will be the best laugh they have had in years when they see this video.

However you look at it, the SEC is correct in saying Charles Scoville is guilty of fraud and Silly Sunil and friends have completely missed the point.
