I wish them well with this lawsuit. Wasn't there someone who took the Booth's to court some years back and lost and ended up owing them money? I don't remember if they could appeal the ruling or not, but if he/she did I am sure we would have heard something about it.

What was needed to happen was for the Booth's to be sued by multiple people in civil court, not small claims court, with all the press coverage on the cases. Might have woke the UK Prosecutor up to take action against them, and all the other major players of MAP/TAP.
