Disclaimer: We have so appreciated the prayers of our family and friends over the past 5 years. I would encourage you to not like or comment on this post, as those who have stood up for us publicly over the years, have also been targeted.
We have paid a heavy price for standing up for what we believe in over the past several years.

A specific individual has posted thousands of times over a 5-year period, attacking me, my family, our children’s school, church, and other churches that we have supported. This individual has never done business with any of the companies that I have represented, or with me personally.
I will keep this brief, as I simply want to be on record when it comes to specific lies and misrepresentations that have been posted.

1. This person continues to post that I filed a lawsuit against her, which is a lie. I have never sued anyone in my life.
2. For those of you who know my wife, Stephanie, she is an incredible wife of 22 years, mother, teacher and worshiper. Stephanie was never actively involved in building our businesses and she does not deserve the personal attacks.
3. Somehow this individual has made it sound like we lost a recent lawsuit that she was instrumental in bringing against us almost 3 years ago. She lost every cause in the lawsuit against me, was held in contempt of court and was entered against her for $3,000.00. She appealed but dropped the Appeal.
4. This individual continues to contend that I have authored, or that I am involved in a site that attacks her. I have repeatedly said (under oath as well) that I have no connection with that site, nor do I know who has created that site. Again, this is a lie.

We have not boasted about this victory and vindication in court, but these lies must be addressed. I have done my very best to walk in love and continue to pray for this individual holding to this scripture. I won’t pretend that this is easy in the face of adversity, but it is what we are to do.

AFAIK, "this person" has never been to Libya or done business with the Mafia, either.

It has been my experience that one doesn't need to be bitten by a snake or be hit by a car on the freeway before earning the right to warn others of the possible consequences of doing either.

1. You continually threatened me and others on Scam with litigation. You sent me threatening emails. Tim Darnell followed through on your nasty threat while you filed chapter 7 bankruptcy to weasel out of the legitimate suit an elderly victim filed against you boneheads. That was certainly some plan you scammers cooked up. I think I have yet to republish the notes I took at your bankruptcy hearing. That was really brave to lie to the Department of Justice attorney and against all logic swear under oath your wife was not responsible for any of the debt. Anyone with an IQ approaching their shoe size knew what a pile of bull that was. Does these look familiar:

You scammers had my truthful posts and the court documents taken down anyway. George Dranichak does take incentives as I know personally (he tried to bribe me to remove posts off of this site.)

Stephanie was an MMC-IV. That highest level $10,000 spot in the pyramid rep. Jack happily signed things Jack and Stephanie Weinzierl and put their photographs together all over their Advantage Conferences material. She made a boatload of money in matrix checks, which is evident from the general ledger pages and final document. Notice that only 25% got checks and some of those had $5.00 and $6.25 checks. Those pages show reps through June 2006 and earnings through late 2006. Most of these reps were gone by 2007. By 2008 only 100 remained. A fluctuation Tim called it.

One rep shared with me that she spent $30,000.00 on this scam. Jack talked her into singing up her spouse as well and advertising this flop of a scam. All that money spent to earn a $500.00 commission check. Titanic!!!!!

Jack also tried to convince the bankruptcy court that her name should not be on the chapter 7 filing and that none of the debt was hers. I suppose he still believes in Santa Claus and the tooth fairy as well and will be sharing about that next!

What part of we is confusing for you, scammers Jack and Stephanie Weinzierl??? Coram Deo Academy should not have known serial scammers instructing children. Using His Word to empty the pockets of fellow believers knowing that 98% were losing money is unconscionable. Many were out thousands and thousands of dollars and suffered horrifically. Some went hungry, lost homes and worse. One rep attempted suicide and another, my best friend and houseguest, succeeded in taking her own life after concluding her financial situation was beyond hope.

Jack and Stephanie might want to pray over how they can reach out to those they harmed instead of whinning about me sharing the facts, truth and my opinion.

Jack seems quite anxious to talk about the court case. Rep X filed that in December 2007. Due to Weinzierl's lies, chapter 7 bankruptcy filing and refusal to turn over documents as legally required the case dragged until 2010. In June 2010 after our family had spent in excess of $80,000.00 I substituted in as Plaintiff so I could represent myself and quit spending tens of thousands on attorney fees. The entire nature of the case changed and I had little I could carry forward as the hundres of pages I will be sharing will show.

The judge was on vacation for the entire month of July. On August 28th I got a hearing on the following Motion to Compel, but with trial on September 18th I could do nothing to get the information I needed to proceed. The judge tired of the case dragging on did not grant a continuance. That alone would have likely won my appeal, but I could not post as long as the case was active and I could see no reason to spend thousands more in attorney fees pursuing an appeal against a lying pauper who cannot be collected from in Texas, so I decided to drop the appeal and pursue the Weinzierls here in the proper court -- the court of public opinion. Just check out his bankruptcy thread. There you can see what a self professed Christian Millionaire Mentor's finances really look like.

One can see why Jack Weinzierl refused to produce and destroyed, hid or lost everything related to Advantage Conferences. He made $393,949.88 in 2005. He made $368,635.50 in 2006. Then check out what he stated in his bankruptcy filing. Those numbers which he claimed were after deductions are hilarious!

Jack in # 3 sure left out a lot. The original petition was filed by an attorney on the behalf of an elderly victim. I stepped in as Plaintiff 2 1/2 years into the case as my family had laready spent more than $80,000.00 in attorney fees to help her recover her losses. I could not carry most of the original claims as under Texas law they were not assignable. Jack and Tim cooked up numerous desperate plots to end that legitimate case. Tim Darnell sued me in June of 2008 and lost in Summary Judgment as his original petition was a lie-filled psychotic rant. Jack followed that with his chapter 7 bankruptcy in August of 2008. Advantage Conferences declared bankruptcy in December 2009, but as the atorney had separated Advantage Conferences out into a separate case it now has a $300,000.00 judgment against it as the original Plaintiff won against Advantage Conferences in Summary Judgment and the case against Weinzierl and Darnell moved forward.

Jack Weinzierl and Tim Darnell engaged in bribery and totally unethical tactics in that case and its court ordered mediation. The Plaintiff was an elderly rep. They refused to refund her and settle the case unless I pulled down all my post and was permently silenced. Dirty low-down scumbags who will use and abuse anyone to accomplish their goals. The mediator claimed I was not a party to the case, but without me present against the order of the licensed attorney present discussed my posts causing damages to Darnell and Weinzierl. Read the petitions linked above. Tim Darnell had sued me and litigated all my scam post through early 2009 and lost. My posts were not at issue in that case at all.

I did not sign a confidentiality agreement with Denise Cogiola, the incompetent mediator, which she should have asked me to sign if I was going to be included in any settlement. She and the defendants demanded I sign the settlement agreement though I was NOT a party to the case. I was not invited to the mediation and was denied my legal right to counsel at a mediation where the Plaintiff was being coerced to have me (a non-party to sign the agreement.) The only parties that should have been involved in that settlement were Weinzierl, Darnell and the elderly Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff was coerced into calling me during the mediation and as I had not been allowed to be present to have legal counsel and had not signed the confidentiality agreement, you can bet I publicly scolded Weinzierl and Darenll for their dirty and unethical tactics. Darnell and Weinzierl were and are desperate to hide the truth and will destroy anyone who stands in their scamming way!

Notice Jack's Motion to Dismiss and for Sanctions was denied. He admits he desperately needs health insurance and a job in November 2009. Funny how the lying fraud is bragging of being an ultra succesful multi-million dollar earner in July of 2010.

I will never be silenced. The truth shall set us free!

• Jack's multi-million dollar earner fabrications were all turned into the Texas Attorney General's Office along with numerous bankruptcy papers and other court documents. Then poof Jack Weinzierl bails or was pushed out. Who wants this kind of publicity for their business??? No doubt Coram Deo Academy and its parents are trying to discern out how Stephanie Weinzierl being involved in these shady dealings is becoming of a Christian educator.

Hi Everyone,

I wish that I would have found this thread a year ago! I need to warn everyone about a scam called the 7kadvantage....

There is an evil man masquerading as a Christian, and his name is Jack Weinzierl. He will lie and cheat every last penny out of your savings and then never return your calls after it is obvious that you have no more to give.

I fell for this scam BIG TIME.... I believed in Jack.... and he and his wife kept telling me to "believe" and that everything would "work out" in God's time. What a fool I was.... he tried to tell me that my faith wasn't strong enough! The more I got to know him, the more un-Christian I realized he was! There is truly a dark spirit around this man and his wife! They are EVIL to the core!

My entire life savings was blown on this ridiculous opportunity. I fully understand that is probably my fault as much as anyone's, but there was Jack and his evil wife... encouraging me every step of the way! I am so embarrassed.... but I feel the need to share this disaster with others so that they don't fall for it as well!

I literally cried the night I went to my hotel room after attending a Millionaire Mindset Conference... I knew then that I had been taken. And I felt worse because I had unknowingly conned a close friend of mine to attend as well...He could only afford a one day ticket...I was sick.

PLEASE people.... beware of this scam. I have lost everything because of this opportunity, along with my poor decision making... my wife left me...everything.

I have been writing this week about mentoring and the need to find others who are already succeeding in an area that we desire to succeed in. People seldom improve when they have no other model but themselves to copy after. As important as being mentored is, you must not compromise on your choice of a mentor.

A lot of folks want to succeed in business so they pursue someone who has already accomplished what they want to accomplish. It may be making a lot of money for instance, but has God called you to make a lot of money? If so, what’s in it for Him? Do you honestly expect Him to bless you so that you can lavish it all on yourself? Do you plan on being generous with all your hoped for wealth? How generous are you now? If you can’t be generous with a little, it will be far more difficult to be generous with a lot.

It’s possible to obtain riches without the blessing of God. Drug dealers do it all the time - but of course, they sacrifice their soul in the process. So do many honest workaholics who simply make no time for (and give no consideration to) the purpose of God in their lives. When you choose your mentor, find someone who is not just winning in business. Make sure he/she has a heart after God.

It is not the critic who counts…

God wants to use you and me more than we realize… What is God asking you to do to impact the world around you? Lord, guide me, direct me and give me the courage to get out of my comfort zone and be all you want me to be. I am believing for and expecting doors to be opened that no man can shut.
As for the critic out there who is focused on targeting our family… I love you and will continue to pray for you. I have dared and failed, but I will continue to move forward and dare greatly.
Our world is full of critics and Theodore Roosevelt shared this powerful insight concerning critics.
“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again; because there is not effort without error and shortcomings; but who does actually strive to do the deed; who knows the great enthusiasm, the great devotion, who spends himself in a worthy cause, who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement and who at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly. How many times is Jack going to post this???? He is no doer of good deeds and has never dared.... He is a scammer who was caught in his lies and deceptions and has yet to reach out appropriately to his victims. President Roosevelt was most certainly not addressing the likes of Jack!!!
