The more press, the more negative exposure reducing the chance of getting new converts, and showing all the cracks in the belief system of the current affiliates.
3) Attempting to engage with those that are in, but haven't yet drunk all the Kool-Aid. If we can discuss the nonsense that's been said to them in a rational way, without making these people wrong for having been duped, you will have people questioning the leaders.
All of this compounds.
I know that what I've said is common sense and not new information to anyone BTW
Hope you don't mind me adding a fourth :)
4) Educating the public that all network/MLM/recruitment based opportunities (as we know them today) are the same. It doesn't matter what product or service they are hawking.
Otherwise, we'll have people thinking that, that one was, but this one isn't.
Without tying it all together, we will be right where we are - starting yet another thread!

Oh dear, that silly Gary Strong is at it again, filling Facebook with copious amounts of his nonsensical pimping of My Advertising Pays
Here's Gary at his rationalizing and justifying best, playing the motivational guru in a post filled with more positive thinking cliches than the self help section at your local Barnes and Noble.
The REAL reason Gary isn't going to retaliate or report his critics is because he knows he can't.
If he did, he would have to prove he ISN'T promoting a HYIP ponzi / pyramid scheme in front of a Judge who understands "ponzispeak" perfectly
All that aside, here's Gary Strong on theMy Advertising Pays SCAMpage on Facebook ensuring his name and whatever reputation he has will be forever associated with a multi million dollar ponzi / pyramid fraud.

lol. these scammers are too much. right out of the gate he lies in the first sentence. If you re sitting on facebook, hoping to steal money, you're not 'trying to relax and hang out with my family'.
Haven't lost any money to online scams.......results are typical.

Why is it other International advertising platforms work 24/7, 365 days of the year, but both My Advertising Pays support staff get to take an Easter break ???
I guess when there's only Tony Booths' two daughters and their laptops operating from the front room of Booths' house doing "support" it is understandable
International advertising platform my a**

According to the Booth's Mike doesn't even know how much money is coming in and going out. Tony said so in a video trying to impress the MAPsters of how great a CEO Mike is. But what can you expect when a picture of Mike's office doesn't even have a computer, printer, phone anywhere in sight.

It's always funny when the Ponzi pimps go off the deep end and try to justify why they're going to continue scamming people.
Calling people "gay loving" and telling them they have "nothing in their bank account" because they're not scammers like he is pretty much sums up his character....

I'm literally rolling on the floor laughing, literally splitting my sides literally!
I would insert one of those little smiley things but I am literally having difficulty doing so this morning but it literally does not matter!
(C'mon Simon.....only a few months ago, you posted how you'd met someone who was going to help you write the book, and I jolly well hope you engaged his/her services. At least that way there is a slight chance that the book will be vaguely readable. Can't vouch for the quality of the content, mind you.)

I would sooner let an elephant stand on my mid-section than attempt to read one word of whatever childish, tenth-rate, drivelling horseshit that rat-faced jizz-mopper has to say (or whoever is desperate enough to ghost write that garbage)

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
I seem to remember the same sort of thing being said about Banners Broker......that they had taken a 10-year lease on an office building in Manchester, UK, which was touted as "proof" that they were not going anywhere.............and look how well that turned out!
I think eager Mapperoonies should pause for a minute and consider how our boy Simon is pushing, not MAPs, but his book. He states that he has 5,000 copies - I think 250 is more realistic - but IF he has 5,000 copies at £20 a throw, and IF he manages to sell them all, that is a cool £100,000. Even 250 brings him in £10,000. And that money, presumably paid in cash, is far more reliable that waiting on recruiting new members.
Many people, here and elsewhere, have already observed that MAPs, like its cousin Traffic Monsoon, is supposed to be an advertising platform. Yet there is little focus on the adverts and advertisers. The main focus is how you can make money out of the scheme. There's even more emphasis on buying books, mugs, T-shirts and business cards than there is on getting more advertisers on board.
Over on the MAPs Scam FB page where our new-ish chum Gary Strong has now popped up, several people have challenged him to identify some advertisers, or explain how money is made from advertising (as opposed to recruiting). Not once has he answered, preferring instead to call people "kids" and lambast them for "having no money in the bank" or "not understanding the system" or even "being abusive" and "attacking" him. Much easier to attack the questioner than answer the question, eh, Gary?
All of this has been seen before. I can only quote Banners Broker as an example of what I have seen, but I know more experienced people here can quote LOADS of other schemes. So really, there is nothing new under the sun.
Clicking on 10 ads a day and dossing round the house enjoying your "freedom" from work; while occasionally posting motivational woo on your Facebook page, does NOT make you an entrepreneur!!

Gary quickly goes from 300,000 members to maybe MAP only has 10,000 members but it's still bloody good. That manner of certitude is comforting.
I would suggest anyone being chatted up by the likes of a Gary Strong ask for these two things:
1. Independently Audited Financial Statements
2 The name of the organization that will be holding your money. It should be a major financial institution with branches in your country. (If the promoter is both holding the money and generating the account statements the opportunity for fraud is huge. As evidenced by the fake profits American Mappers will never collect.)
If in lieu of these items you get ad hominem attacks against haters or other puffery from the likes of a Gary Strong there is no need to look any further.

Always a good laugh when the ponzi pimps try and justify themselves to the haters. I think he has deleted his comments after you threw the stock photos for company directors in his face. Its a shame more scammers arent as stupid as gary.
Meanwhile I guess you cant under-estimate the stupidity of the general public as MAP alexa rankings are on the rise again. I guess this scam will be here until authorities step in.
